Placed order through the app about 11pm. App stated my order would be ready at 11:30. I go in tell the girl my name and she asks if I'm at the right location. I show her my phone and ask if that's the address. She says yes and them proceeds to tell me that my order is scheduled for 11am tomorrow. She seems irritated but tells me she's releasing it so they can make it now, so it'll be 10-15 minutes. I showed the conformation on my phone so she would know I wasnt just trying to be a pain in the butt but she was just like ok. I understand stuff happens, things can be read wrong, MAYBE the app did show them a different time and day, but to make me feel like I'm an inconvenience, when the real inconvenience is me having to sit in my car for 15 minutes waiting on BWW to get my order. Not a sorry for the inconvenience, sorry you're having to wait. Mediocre food at best, lousy customer service.

Louder than necessary. Even with the discount, the bogo is not a bogo. The prices are high for what you get. Bad parking at this location, but it's good size inside.

Ordered almost $250 in wings etc. they must find their smallest wings to fill the catered orders. Not impressed! Will probably use a local restaurant next time.

Was back visiting for the holidays, met up with an old friend. Decided we go here. Overall, everything was good. Had the boneless wings with 3 types of sauces, parmesan garlic, honey bbq, and teriyaki. Fries with cheese and bacon. Chicken was good, and potato wedges with cheese and bacon were ok, though.

Always a great time dining at Buffalo Wild Wings when the super nachos are on the menu. (name may vary ?). It's listed as an appetizer but it's mine all alone.

Wings were dry and inedible. I wish I checked the quality before I left because of the amount of money I spent. I’ve already reached out to customer support and still haven’t received anything for how they’ll address this issue. So for now, I’ll stick with anywhere else for wings.

The food is fine. The issue is ordering delivery. If you pay for the food same as people in the restaurant, plus the other fees, they should make sure you get what you ordered. It’s absolutely ridiculous that literally every time I’ve ordered from here, something is missing from the order. It’s normally been minor (no fries, side missing, drink missing, so on) and I laugh it off and say oh well, it’s annoying but whatever. But this last time, they didn’t give one of the orders of 10 wings. So I called the store, and they said oh yep, it’s here, your option is a refund for these 10 wings or come and get it yourself. Seriously ? What’s the point of paying for delivery?That was the final straw; lesson learned and I’ll stick with local places such as Oscar’s.

When I got there to pick up my order no one was at the counter & after I finally got my food & got it home it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Never again will I be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I ordered a pick up order yesterday. I ordered the house sampler, 15 traditional wings, & a all American burger & paid the additional $2 to add bacon. We get home & start taking our food out just to open a box with just a bun, patty, & cheese. No toppings were added!! Lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, & my additional charge of bacon was not added! Just a plain dry burger. I called them immediately to talk to a manager. Clayton/Colton talked to me & said I could go back & get it remade or get refunded for the burger. I was not going to drive 15 mins out & back making it a 30 min trip for a burger that should have been made correctly in the first place & let the rest of our food get cold. I asked for a refund. At the end he said “ok I’ll refund you later” as if that wasn’t his priority to go ahead & get that done right then & then. For all I know he probably forgot about it or didn’t do it. Won’t know for sure until 3-5 business days.
