So I've had multiple issues here. Two different days and weeks apart, I went and they let us know there are only doing fried foods AFTER I had already done an online order. On a different day they actually were out of the impossible burgers. But my last experience is exactly that- my LAST experience. I had a coupon and I already added the tax in my head including restaurant tax (I just moved here from the south and they don't have that there). Well I asked instead of having the coffee if I could just have an equal value soda. The worker said yes, but when the price came up it was not what I had previously accounted for. I was trying to get an explanation why but she walked away and got her manager, who proceeded to be a 'brick wall', I feel like I was treated unfairly as a customer and she was not kind nor understanding. I only had the exact change that I needed for my purchase, but I remembered I had a two-dollar bill in my car so I went and grabbed that. They did not seem to want to be hospitable or welcoming or even just be genuinely understanding. After getting my food and my receipt that is where I saw I had an UPCHARGE of an extra $0.80 that I wasn't told about and it's because she put it in for a medium instead of substituting for a small, and I wish they would have said something because it would have easily been resolved and I would have had the right amount of change but considering they didn't want to actually work to figure out the problem or help me, I ended up having an anxiety attack and I didn't have my service dog with me. I do not recommend this place they are not helpful, they are rude, and they seem to always run out of supplies or something seems to be broken. 10/10 don't recommend. Also the worst part about it is they don't cook there bacon long enough- I believe that should speak volumes. NOBODY LIKES STRETCHY FAT BACON

This location gets 1 star in all categories. Only 1 lane is available, so the wait was not worth it for the cold food that was served. To add fun to it all and the icing on the cake, I ask for my paid drink that comes with the meal to be a CUP of water instead of a soda product and get charged almost $3.00 for a bottle of water I did not receive. So, in my opinion, it was not a good experience. Hopefully, they were just having an off day .

Don’t go past 9. Doors are locked even tho it says they’re open till 10. They will not acknowledge you in drive thru either but will stare at you when driving by the

I love to stop at this location for lunch. The ease of the app use and friendliness of staff keep me coming back. I love that I’m on a first name basis and there are never any orders with my orders. I will keep coming back for lunch almost daily!! They truly do treat me like I rule!

This one is always great foot. Fries are always hot but the front counter people always seal like the don't care if you are there. It would be nice if the management could retrain the customer service a little better. However the burgers and fries are always fresh. Just need to work on the customer service or at least tell them to recognize the customers
