The lady from lost prevention super lazy and kind of didnt care if she was there or not when asked to go open the code for the restroom. She walked super slow when I needed to change my baby. One of the Guy employee so rude when asked a question. We felt that the Manager will not do anything about it when we explain everything. Store 463, March 31 2025 about 3:30ish

Cashier is rude and unhelpful. I asked additional bag or doubled up the bag or try to put them in 2 big bags not two small bags and one large bag. The reason for this logic is because I had 2 babies with me. It would just be easier if I only carried 2 bags instead of 3 or he could just put them all in one large bag but nope he didn't care. That cashier is a petite, skinny long hair dude. Burlington needs to work on good customer service because apparently these employees or some of these employees thinks they own the company or something. They need to greet, be friendly to the customers which these cashiers don't have that personality. Burlington needs to quit hiring these types of employees!!

There is only one person running the cashier's area. Very long wait line (>30mins). All others workers were in the back hiding, talking with each other or on their phones.

This was by far the most bizarre merchandise return I've ever had. I'm returning the item with the receipt and was accused of shoplifting.. it wasn't until they went and found the woman somewhere else in the store who checked me out earlier in the day I was issued my refund. No apologies no nothing. This franchise has definitely gone down hill I will never return & any attempts to speak to a G.M or anyone of authority was futile. They just kept saying your here with me I'm in charge....pathetic employee's I welcome someone higher up the cooperate ladder to reach out to me.

The Manager was very rude. Store very DIRTY!!! No Employees around to ask for help.. Will not be shopping at BURLINGTON AGAIN!!!!

Goods are good but the store was partly empty and not very clean. Expectations were not that high but we were still a little shocked. We may go back but there are other options.

Very rude security lady unprofessional straight from the gettho and the smell of cigarettes on her the whole store smell like cigarettes they use to have very welcoming and professional security lady any way I use to go there once a week to buy stuff but after today I don't want to see the nasty security lady I'm just going to stick with ross Oct 23 2024 at 11:30 am

Second time I come here....drove about 30 minutes because in the past I have had good experience shopping at Burlington in general. The Loss Prevention lady was yelling at the worker taking out the trash. We also had a not so positive interaction with the Loss Prevention lady. I was simply asking about the empty shelves and why a good part of the store was blocked off with empty shelves in a conversational way. She replied with attitude "why you thinking we closing down?" and half listened n walked away. Most shelves were bare. The cashier who checked us out, was too busy talking to her coworkers to tell us bye.

Currently here, the line is way back past the Big and tall section with three cashiers. I saw plenty of workers in aisles rearranging items when they could be up front helping get this line down. Makes it a long wait when you have a 2 and 1 year old who have zero patients at all to wait. Might just have to push the cart to the side and walk out. Managers need to prioritize a little bit better. They need to get this line down and then go back to the aisles.
