Got a room for the night as we were attending a show at CHI. The first room they gave us was absolutely filthy, stains on the couches, stains on the bed, dust and hair everywhere. Notified the front desk and was given another room that was even worse. Same as the first one, but add some feminine hygiene products under the sink and toenail clippings. We ended up getting a Uber home and not even staying in the hotel because it was that disgusting. I didn't even bother to address it with the front desk or ask for a refund because I was incredibly annoyed and felt very much that they're aware that their hotel is completely disgusting. Oh and when we first showed up, one of the front desk employees was smoking right in front of the doorway. Came back to get our car the next day. And what do you know another employee standing right at the front door smoking. I couldn't care less that's you're smoking but have a little decency to have your employees at least go on the side of the building.

If you read the fine print, you pay an additional fee for parking per night. We found that the cleanliness standard is medium at best here due to finding hair in both beds, the floors, and in the tub. We also found some small stains on the comforters. The thermostat control also seemed inadequate during our visit. We couldn't get the temperature in the room below 72 despite having the thermostat set to 67 for the three days we were there. It was one of the cheaper hotels around, and in my opinion, worth the price we paid, but there is plenty of room to improve.

Pretty nice hotel up to date hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Disappointed though there was no breakfast. Had to purchase from in house restaurant. Even cheaper hotels have bagels, toast and fruit. ?

First time staying in this hotel. Loved the price, room layout, lighting and view. Did NOT know that parking in the hotel parking lot is $12/night - heads up. No carpet in our room - wood tile, which we liked. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom for playing music - nice. Other cool lighting in the room. View of Charles Schwabb Stadium a block or so away and Hook & Lime and Slowdown across the street. Floor not cleaned very well-- we dropped our bags, sat on the couch at the end of the bed and noticed someone's false eyelashes laying on the floor along the bed. Closer inspection revealed the floors may have been forgotten altogether. Outlet that Kureg coffee machine was plugged in to did not work - we moved the coffee machine to another party off the room. Minor complaints, just didn't expect it at this hotel. Breakfast buffet in lobby was better than most, but not free ($17). Liked our stay here, but may consider other places if we return to downtown O. Why? Parking fee unnecessary @ $12/night.

i only stayed here one night with a friend and i was very happy with my stay! the room was tidy, modern, and smelled nice upon arrival! great location as its downtown, but not near all of the busier spots so it was pretty quiet! the staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze! definitely going to stay here and recommend to others!!!

Great experience! Highly recommend. The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding an available room with the view I wanted. Its location is so close to all the things in downtown Omaha that bring the travel to this heartland gem. The heated area for the pool is so cozy in the late fall ??. The fitness room is one of the best that I have seen in quite some time. One of the things that could use improvement as of right now would be, a form of complimentary breakfast. Also, the parking. Whenever I experience the additional pay for parking it leaves a distaste in my mouth for the establishment. It would make more sense to include it in the rooms initial payment.Rooms: The rooms are very modern complete with a Bluetooth mirror and lighting that I would install in any home. The view of the stadium is amazing.Nearby activities: It is a short run to the walk bridge that connects the two states, Iowa and Nebraska. Also do much dining within ten minutes. The Old Market is also a short trip.

VERY nice hotel, great location and close to alot of places downtown. Only thing I wish I would've looked more into is that breakfast is $17 per adult. Thermostat was stuck at 78° but they did provide a fan for us :)Rooms: Super nice and felt fancy, big Ole showerNearby activities: Can get everywhere super quickly

I had a wonderful experience but my friends belongs were stolen out of their room and the staff was not very quick to find a solution. The police came and took a report but they were on the fifth floor and the only way to get into the hotel, and into a room, is with a key. It had to be staff that stole their things.Walkability: If you’re seeing a show at the Slowdown, this is the hotel you want to stay at. It’s right across the street.Food & drinks: Literally across the street from some really good food spots. Hook and lime is DELICIOUS!

It was the perfect location for our visit to Omaha for a concert. We were able to walk to the arena in under 10 minutes. The room was huge and well equipped. I do understand a previous reviewer who complained of the microwave and thermostat brightness, but I brought a sleeping mask, so I wasn't bothered. We thought the hotel was an excellent value for the money.

The air con seems to only work when the motion sensor on the ceiling senses movement in the room. As a result, it barely runs in the night. On top of that, the thermostat had reset itself to a higher temperature *every single time* I woke up in the night to check it. If you need it to be cool to sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

The location is okay if you are okay with paying for parking each night. The room I was in was pretty neat. One of the women at the front desk was rude, but other than that, a clean and well put together hotel.

Firstly- I booked a room months in advance. When I got there at 5pm ish they did not have a room ready! I was going to a concert in 10 minutes- they said they would call me. They did. I got a room - Secondly- not nearly enough parking at all. This hotel is downtown near event centers. We had to hunt for a parking space. Finally- I used credit card points to pay for the room months prior. Checked my credit card the day after my stay- they booked an additional 219.00. Fixed it with the credit card company. In summary, this hotel is not prepared for large events at all. The credit card thing- not sure if the staff are not trained or if they were being greedy with my money.
