Me and my husband enrolled our son in Kindercare prior to his arrival in December 2024 (starting Kindercare in March 2025). We also, enrolled him in other daycare slots. One of our other daycares opened up in January. At that time, we called to cancel Kindercare. The individual on the phone stated that they would take care of the un-enrollment so we thought we were good to go. Note: The cancellation policy is a two week window. This was well before two weeks that we cancelled. In March (his original start date) we started getting late notices. We called Kindercare and they told us to ignore them. In June, we started getting calls from collection agencies stating that we owed Kindercare money. We’ve called Kindercare MULTIPLE times over the last few weeks and no one was able to help us reconcile this issue.
This is completely outrageous. If you can send me to collections then you can retract it.
Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and can help reconcile this issue.

We love candlewood kinder care the teachers and directors are super nice and helpful. They take great care of my son. We love the app because it keeps us updated on his daily activities with pictures

We have been full time attendees straight since November 2nd 2018 firstly with our son starting at 18 months in the twos room then in 2021 we added our daughter into Infant A (6.5 years and counting!).
The teachers are amazing and there are a few that have been there for the long haul and are the heart and soul of the operation. Some have become more like family waiting for my daily hugs.
They utilize an app where you receive push alerts (if you allow) for naps, nutrition, potties (diaper or toilet), daily activities, and many pictures! You also have the capabilites to email the teacher and director or director only which is a handy tool if you only have a couple moments to send a message.
They even have a key pad to enter the building and ID checks for non-primary pick-up persons.

Candlewood KinderCare has truly been a remarkable experience for our family. It stands out as one of the best childcare centers I’ve encountered, especially for my 3-year-old daughter. Since she started attending, I’ve seen significant growth in her communication skills and social behavior. The improvement in her manners and confidence has been heartwarming to witness. The center offers a wonderful blend of fun and educational activities that keep her engaged and excited to learn. What I appreciate most, though, is the strong emphasis on safety and the sense of trust the staff builds with families. As a parent, knowing that my child is in a secure, nurturing environment means everything.
The faculty at Candlewood KinderCare are exceptional. The director is always approachable, genuinely listens to parents' concerns, and fosters a positive, open atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Taylor and Miss Lisa—both have played a vital role in my daughter’s development, offering patience, encouragement, and thoughtful guidance. Because of the trust and care this center has earned, I plan to enroll my second daughter here as well. I’m confident she will thrive just as her sister has. Thank you to the entire Candlewood KinderCare team for your dedication and the outstanding work you do every day.

We absolutely love Candlewood Kindercare! The staff helped potty train our 2 year old (Shout out to Emily and Katelyn. Couldnt have done it without you!). We love the teachers and all of the faculty at Candlewood Kindercare. When its time for pick up, our girls always want to stay even though they've been there all day. Thanks to Linda(s) and Autumn and Cass and everyone who spends more time with our kiddos than we do. Hate to drop them off, but love knowing how well they are taken care of and how loved they are.

Staff is very unprofessional. I made a tour appointment one week in advance. I show up at the time and calls them at doorstep and the director picks up the phone-says they are busy and can not do a tour right now. I missed my work to go to this tour according to the time set by the daycare and they say we are busy. Who does that? Unprofessional people does that-who don’t care about their potential customers/clients. Never going to recommend this place to anyone. Very bad experience.

We love taking and picking up our grandson here. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Upon coming into the hall to his room. Everyone knows his name and greets him. His classroom you can just see and feel how much they care for him.They have been very kind to my son who is single and raising his son.If you are looking for a place that has lots of fun activities and pictures of your little ones through the day! This is your place.

I love this daycare because it's beyond care for your child, it's a learning center. As a parent, it's reassuring to know what your child is doing at all times. Having an app that tracks eating, sleeping, diapers, and activities puts my mind at ease. I see a tremendous amount of growth in my child from being there. For example she has picked up on basic sign language to communicate what she wants with her mother and I. The activites in each room she has been in are always so fun for the age but also challenging her at her level. Also she's well ahead of schedule in potty training because they expose the kids to the potty in the Toddler room. They make experiences for the kids there that they won't forget, as well as always making events for families to come and enjoy with them. I will always recommend this daycare to anyone!

they have a great location! the staff is amazing! my son loves it there! they make it quick and easy for drop off and pick up! i get updates all day on my lil man , like what he eats, when he sleeps, and when he needs changed! also i get wonderful pics of his daily activities. love this place!

Our family absolutely loves this place! Our child has benefitted immensely from the curriculum and awesome staff. The communication from staff and the continuing opportunities for parents/families to get involved through events is a welcome change from experiences with other child care centers!

An okay place. The facility needs a huge upgrade and needs basic necessities fixed and or provided, such as a new washer and dryer, kitchen area, and actually separated classrooms so you aren't hearing everything everywhere all of the time.
