The staff offered to upgrade my room to a suite. Everything was very nice, comfortable, and clean. This is a good place to stay.

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious and are up to date with great technology. Bathrooms are also in good shape and some rooms include small kitchens. Service is average and there is no continental breakfast. The biggest issue is that the rooms are very noisy. Surrounding rooms could be heard clear as day and the fridge in the room was loud and had a knocking noise so you could barely sleep.

The room was very clean and the staff was great. Location is 15-20 mins from downtown and right down the road from The Amazing Pizza Machine. Quick access to the highway and plenty of retail close by.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and well stocked. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, and 2-burner stove.
Nearby activities: Right down the street from The Amazing Pizza Machine and only a 15-20 minute drive to the Kiewitt Luminarium and Omaha Zoo downtown.

Best hotel ever! Wife and I are traveling cross country and we got lucky discovering this pet and military friendly hotel chain. We staid in one in Aurora, IL, and now we had the same amazing experience here in Omaha. Very much appreciative!!!

I have been here a year, with my husband while he works in omaha. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff here gives all they can to make your stay better. The laundry room and gym are awesome, and im so glad they offer these!!! Ive stayed in many hotels over my 58years and i have to rate this place at the top of my list! They make me feel comfortable and safe, thats huge now a days!

I had the BEST experience! I was in omaha for 3 weeks of training. Eric the front desk associate every day greeted me, asked how my day was welcomed me back! What a great associate and face of a company. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to be as helpful as he was! Thank you Eric for making my stay as great as it was!

Very disappointed, service it’s terrible, never coming back, found bed stains and they didn’t do anything about it, they had snacks with 2022 expiration date, don’t go there if you want your blood pressure stable, that’s how bad it is
