I was a client of Caring for People, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The caregivers often showed up late or not at all, and when they were here, many of them seemed disinterested or unsure of what they were supposed to do. I didn’t feel safe or properly cared for, which is the bare minimum someone in my position should expect. There were days when I waited for help that never came, and other times when staff seemed more focused on their phones than on helping me. I felt like just another task on a list instead of a person who needed real care and support.
I also tried to speak up about some of these issues, but nothing changed. The office didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously, and that made me feel even more overlooked and unimportant. I wouldn’t recommend Caring for People to anyone who needs dependable, respectful, and compassionate in-home care. Being treated with dignity matters — and sadly, I didn’t feel that here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Caring for People in-home care services. From the start, there were serious issues with reliability and professionalism. Caregivers were frequently late or failed to show up at all, often without any notice or explanation. This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted routines for our family.
The quality of care was inconsistent, and it often felt like the caregivers were not properly trained or invested in their responsibilities. Basic tasks were missed, and there was little attention to detail or genuine concern for the well-being of the person they were supposed to be helping.
Even worse, attempts to communicate concerns to the office were met with defensiveness or no follow-up. There was little accountability, and the lack of responsiveness from management made the entire situation more frustrating.
When you hire an in-home care company, you're trusting them with something incredibly important — the safety and comfort of a loved one. Unfortunately, Caring for People did not live up to that responsibility.

Exceptional Care and Support!
I am beyond grateful for the incredible in-home care service provided to my father. From the very beginning, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to our needs. The caregivers, Wren, Roberta and Sebastian, who came to our home were knowledgeable and also genuinely kind and patient, making sure my father felt comfortable and cared for every day.
What really stood out was the personalized approach. They took the time to understand our unique situation, creating a care plan that addressed specific needs and preferences. Communication was always open, and I felt at ease knowing they were always just a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns.
It’s clear that this company is dedicated to providing top-quality care, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Their support made a world of difference for our family during a challenging time. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate in-home care, look no further – this team is amazing!
