Ryan Jansson saved my day! He came as soon as i called, maybe 4 or 5 min later, he sent me a text that he was in route. I love that kind of communication! This was after i waited 90 min, to get my car unlocked. Finally i got a call from the other company, saying they had no tech on duty tonight??? Ryan's service call was professional & quick. He is a very kind tech :) A+++

The locksmith was able to coordinate all of our locks with one key. He reversed one lock that had been installed wrong. He was professional and patient with our noisy dog. Excellent worker!

Karl Jarl Locksmiths did a great job!! The person answering the phone early on a Monday morning was very personable, sympathetic and willing to help me on the same day! The technician was great! He did a fantastic job getting my storm door's lever/latch to open. We had worked on it for hours and he did it in less than 5 minutes! I can't say enough good things about Karl Jarl and the people they have working for them!

Evan came out and helped me unlock my 2012 Camaro due to me locking my keys inside. Some how they fell out of my pocket and I must have bumped the lock button and not know. Well he made me feel not as dumb as I thought I should. He was very informative let me know how much it will cost if I chose to get a second fob which I will be getting from them. Overall this was a wonderful bittersweet experience.
