I have hear great news about car max in Omaha neb, from family, friends and colleagues, all who say they had GREAT experiences and SUCCESS with the staff and vehicles, I been working with this dealership for a while, this was my 3rd visit and it sucked badly I felt uncomfortable with coming in a few minutes before my appointment and staff from services made me feel terrible for being there, I can’t even explain how I felt but made me mad, I felt unimportant as a customer, I looked at two vehicles and decided I’m going to work with a different dealership. I highly recommend not going here, if you want to get bad customer Service and waste money and time be my guest and go.

- I highly recommend to know who your hiring and make sure all your employees know that they are representing carmax and to ensure who is in the general area before they said something negative about a customer who might be next or over hear them. Face, verbal communication, body language says a lot

Smooth experience selling my vehicle. Excellent customer service, they make you feel very welcome. The offer was higher than expected, and they honored it upon the appraisal in person. Would work with them again!

Everything was great...smoothly without issue. However, process is somewhat long because the only way to talk with anyone about transferring a car from another location is to actually walk in and talk to someone. There is no phone number directly to the store. So, the process took over a week and the delay of communication was irritating...more communication is better when it comes to handling a financial purchase this profound. I would leave a 3.5 stars.

CarMax was a quick and easy way to sell my vehicle fast! Their online offer was reasonable so I set up an appointment to have them check it out. Everything went smoothly and they honored their original online quote! Completing the paperwork with Stephany was easy and they had the check for me immediately. They also paid for a free Lyft ride for me since I lived within 60 miles of the store. The whole process took less than an hour. Pretty sweet!

My friend recommend this place she sold her car here. I had no need for my 2nd car so got online typed the info they gave me a offer and made a appointment and they checked out my car and gave me what they offered online. The lady that took care of me was very helpful and made sure I was informed about all that was going on. The whole experience was like 45 mins max.
