I feel like I walked in and turned into a leper. The staff was dry as SpongeBob first time I’ve ever been to a place and I felt like an African-American.

They did not have what I was looking for, plastic razor blades, but the man working searched on his computer and even called a competitor who was suppose to have 1 package in stock, but they didn't. He then searched Menards, which was close to where we were and sure enough they were showing plenty in stock. I went there and found them and was out the door within 5 minutes, all because of the man at Carquest going above and beyond to provide me with some excellent service. Thanks again.

Only place in town that carried bleeder valves in stock when I was in need. Very helpful staff and fair price.

Went to this location for a ups package pickup, waited 15 minutes while one employee talked on the phone, another employee came out a couple times while I was waiting and didn’t bother to help or ask if I needed it. Once I was being helped I got a “here ya go” and the employee walked off leaving my packages behind the counter. Don’t have an access point for another company if you’re not willing to help their customers.

The Carquest /Advance store on 108TH and Blondo in Omaha is almost like stepping back in time. It is extremely well organized, clean, with PHONE and COUNTER people who are actually knowledgeable and helpful. While there are other Advance and competitors stores closer, I will be using this location more frequently :)

Hi … Best service ever… JC … felt like a BFF … immediately… answering all of my questions with a smile… even chased me as I was leaving the lot with my warranty receipt… I will continue to shop there for my auto needs!!!

Wouldn't give a receipt at the UPS dropoff. Leaving this here in case they're not giving receipts and stealing packages.No way it's UPS policy to not give receipts, I went over to UPS off Maple and 130nd and they gave me a receipt for my package.

Found parts that I couldn't find anywhere else in Omaha. The guy behind the counter was very helpful . I bought a whole exhaust system and everything fit just right and the muffler is quiet just like he said.

Ken is absolutely a doll. He didn't laugh at any of the "obvious" questions i had to ask. Very helpful in facilitating me buying the turtle wax black packs ; they are being discontinued and he had 4 from KC, MO sent over night to the shop. Will be getting them today!
