Love Carters clothes for my granddaughter. But our recent visit there left us frustrated and confused. Olivia greeted us as we entered and told us about the doorbusters and told us about signing up for a credit card and the benefits. We thanked her and continued shopping. When we asked her a question on an item, she again told us about signing up for a credit card. To make this review short, she went on to ask us over 6 other times! When checking out she kept explaining how much money we would save, I explained why I did not want one. Then at the end she said put a flyer in the sack if we changed our mind on how to sign up for a cc. When we left, we thought what on earth was that?! We felt like we were being pranked, it was so awkward and frustrating. I also found it so unfriendly to have made the size of purchase we did and she only said here you go, never a thank you. I understand that clerks get paid to sign people up, I have also worked in retail for several years. But if a customer says no, theres no need to continue to keep asking and telling about signing up for the Carters credit card.
