Both associates working Friday evening were friendly and attentive. It's hard to find good customer service these days. It's the little things ya know, greeting customers, letting us know the sales (even though it's on the signs it's nice to have someone TELL/EXPLAIN it to you) and they even checked on us while shopped. I don't find this annoying like some people do. I understand it's a part of customer service. I would shop here more, however it being in the mall is kinda cringe worthy. I would come back here bc of the customer service though. I just recommend maybe closer to closing when the mall itself isn't as busy. Less traffic. Regardless, fantastic job Carters thank you. We shall return!

My experience at the store was unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Jeanie. While I was shopping, a young family accidentally caused a small mess. Jeanie loudly stated, “This is not a restaurant, I shouldn’t have to clean this mess,” in front of the entire store. The family, clearly embarrassed, left the store, though the father stayed behind to pay. Even then, Jeanie continued to scowl at him during the transaction.
When it was my turn to pay, she asked for my phone number to apply my rewards account. I politely declined, even though I have an account, but she tried to pressure me into providing it. When I declined again, she responded with an attitude.
My sister, who was behind me in line, then completed her purchase. Jeanie’s response to her was, “Thank you for YOUR number… it makes everything easier,” in a condescending tone.
This behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve shopped at this location before, and other employees have always been kind and helpful. However, this experience left me extremely disappointed.
This incident occurred on a Saturday after 6 PM.

Seems to be a theme between carter's and buybuy baby to follow and treat all their African American customers as Thieves. Makes you not want to spend your money in store. If this isn't a reflection of the company then maybe they need to look into who they hire because I've had nothing but racist experiences at all locations.
