I stop at this location today too get a few beverages around 8:30 am it was busy which is not unusual for this time of day I grabbed what I needed as I was in line i watched one cashier start checking everyone out has another cashier stood behind her off to the side scrolling through her phone when the line got down to two people the second cashier decided to put her phone away walk up to her register rudely say I will take who's next which happened to be me I set my beverages on the counter she if I had rewards and I said no I took out my wallet she happened to see that I had $100 bill under her breath she mumbled oh great I'm assuming that this is because she would have to make change for $100 bill I did not use $100 bill I used a smaller bill then when she gave me my change back she asked if I would like a bag I said yes please she put half of my products in the bag and said thank you I then put the rest of my products in the bag said have a good day and left I will no longer go to this Casey's Casey's is going downhill bad I think they're getting way too big for their britches or it could possibly be the staff that they are hiring.

For the most part it's a good place for a restroom break with good parking on the front north and two stalls per gender. Occasionally when something sewer related is being worked on in the neighborhood there may be an odor but it doesn't reflect at all on the cleanliness so don't be discouraged. They generally bake donuts until around noon so whenever you wake up there is fresh breakfast and if you would like to kill some time there are 4 video gaming machines. You can download the app and use your rewards for many amazing things or just bank them up like us and get around 2$ off per gallon on a full up. You can also order fresh pizza on the app that way thetr is no waiting in line if you paid digitally. It's one of my favored gas stations

A customer in front of me was trying to purchase tobacco products. Your CST asked for ID. Customer said he had a digital pic of license. You CST stated that was not acceptable. The customer was getting mad and being rude. Your CST stood by her decision and said no. I was very proud to see her stick to her guns, plant her feet and say so to this rude customer. I don’t recall your teammates name but I do believe she normally works in the kitchen. Great job! I have always had great service at this location. I visit it at least 4-5 times a week.

Very disappointed, this location used to do a really good job. We ordered a taco pizza with chicken on it around 8pm. I have been craving this pizza for months and finally talked my husband into trying it. They forgot the cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and taco sauce that normally comes with it. The tomatoes instead of being diced were just thick slices thrown on, I had to cut them myself. The guy working in the kitchen had a filthy uniform on and kept touching his face with his gloves on.
We went to get a fountain drink and the drink station was filthy. I had to go in the cupboard to find cups because there weren't any out. This was just a very bad experience overall and I won't be going out of my way to try this location again.

Here to get fuel and drinks on a Friday night at 12:30 a.m., and I go to the only obviously open check out and place my items down on the counter. The employee, I came to realize, was standing at another register and pointing at the counter there like I was supposed to know that's where she wanted me to put my things. No words or suggestions, just pointing at the counter. She rang up my items and I told her I wanted fuel, then rather than asking if I had Casey's rewards (I do), she skipped straight to the payment, so when I attempted to enter my rewards I was unable to. Small annoyance, but in combination with the overall vibe I got, just another thing added to the list. I get being tired at this time of night but when it's your job and it's also your job to interact with customers, try a little bit. Just a little bit because it doesn't go unnoticed when you don't

This location is struggling so bad people tell me they avoid this one and go to QT on L st. Management not trying hard enough or paying employees enough. It’s dirty. Just ate a slice of pizza that said enjoy by 7:51PM it’s 10am. Why is this even on the pizza rack.

I don't know why, but customer service here has really fallen off over the last 6 months to a year. The store is not kept as clean, the stocking seems to only be done by one person (daily?), and most of the counter people do not know how to speak. It's like I have to do half of their job for them, and they are so frustrated that a person came into the store, picked up items, and came to them to purchase said items. No 'hello' no 'do you need anything else' etc. Just a mumbled total and then an attitude when you ask why the member entry isn't working, or any other k8nd of request/question.
Customer service people... that's your job, and it would be nice if you would at least make a solid attempt. If you need to find another position, then please do.
I am kind of sorry that this location got the brunt. There are other locations in the metro area that are just as bad. There are some that are phenomenal as well.

Manager treats his employees like trash and makes them work alone and doesn’t bother helping anyone 👎🏼 don’t blame the cashiers if they are by themselves because the manager makes them be. My next call will be to corporate for hopefully a change in management!

What's going on with this place? There were six or seven people in line at 6:30 am and only one person working at the counter. I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere if they can't afford more help. If they're understaffed they could be respectful to their customers and let them know there will be a long wait.
