Oak View Mall in Omaha is a well-known shopping destination that offers a variety of retail, dining, and family-friendly activities. It features over 50 stores, including Omaha’s only Dillard’s, Build-A-Bear Workshop, and The Rush Market. Visitors can find apparel, jewelry, and home furnishings in a convenient location. For dining, options include a sit-down meal at Longhorn Steakhouse or quick bites from the food court. The mall also provides services such as a free indoor play zone, stroller rentals, complimentary wheelchairs, and free WiFi, making it family-friendly and accessible. Recently, the mall has become cleaner and more inviting, encouraging more shopping visits. Many appreciate its pleasant atmosphere and controlled climate, which makes shopping comfortable regardless of the weather. However, some reviews note that the number of open stores has decreased, with some stores closing permanently over the years. Visitors mention that the mall used to be lively and full of stores, but it has declined, and there is concern about its future. Despite this, the mall remains a nostalgic place for many who remember visiting it as children, and efforts to support its continued operation are encouraged. Overall, Oak View Mall remains a popular spot for shopping and family outings in the Omaha area.
I mean, it's a dying mall. At least they have some cool events.

Stopped by today to visit the Squishy kiosk. The lady working there was very kind and patient with my indecisive daughter. She helped her find a Dumpling, NeeDoh, and the butter squishy she had been wanting. It was such a pleasant experience, and we wish they had a location back home!
