I have never had a bad experience with the CFCU. Staff has always been attentive to my requests and are always helpful. If I have anything to say that I believe needs attention, it's the length of time I have to wait to get through the drive through.

Need an "appointment" for something that takes 3 minutes to do....not a fan when I can go to another branch and walk right in and have the same thing done in minutes. Not impressed.

Very lacking on customer service. Very limited on appointments which are needed to do anything. Glad I am going elsewhere.

The absolute worst customer service possible. Avoid this place, you would be better off with your money under a mattress or rock or anyplace else. I'm told there is only one, yes one person in the entire bank business who can deal with accounts and closing them...WOW! And to top it off you need an appointment to see this magic singular person and they can't schedule appointments for the magic person either. You have to leave your number for the magic person and they will call between now and never...stay away from this place!

A communist company that won’t let individuals have access to their money unless you wear a face diaper. They made an 85 year old man With a walker stand in line with cars in their drive through because he couldn’t wear a mask for medical reasons! SHAME ON YOU! Will be calling the dept of health and services! Terrible terrible business!

I've had my ups and downs with Centris over the last 22 years. Overall I'm fairly satisfied with the Credit Union and they are continually working to improve their systems and processes. They have some antiquated services and policies and I hope they continue to improve those.

Worst service ever! They will tell you other wise and will not explain anything how it should be explained. You can never reach any one at this branch! I have called more than 10 times left a voice mail and phone number and not one phone call back! Do not go here do not do anything with Centris Federal Credit Union! Worst decision I have ever made!!!!
