Horrible customer service! You let someone deposit money into to and account that was closed with no notification. My money was locked up with you guys over new years weekend (four days) because you allowed me to deposit money without informing me I no longer had a checking account with you guys for non usage. It's embarrassing to go to make a purchase and have your card decline when you know you just deposited hundreds of dollars. The lack of communication it insane. Not to mention you're sending me flyers weekly about other services you offer but no notifications about my account being closed. If there were a small chance I missed the memo you would think your employees would notify the customer about the status of the account. The cashier that deposited my money said absolutely nothing about the status of my account when I gave her the debit card to deposit money into my checking account. I am not happy. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than traditional banking. This doesn't seem to be the case. Do better.

A place where no one give a darn about you or your account. Bank here to have them withhold your money with no means to contact anyone because they're not available at the moment. Also when you call to handle an issue you have to wait at least 20 mins to get a human on the line.

Even 0 stars would be too much considering the incompetence this credit Union has. It’s been 60 days since I payed off my auto loan and they still didn’t give me my title. They lost it, and when I asked for compensation. They just made it look like it’s my problem and they have nothing to do with it.

They are horrible! Took out an auto loan and tried to set up the payments to automatically pull when we get paid but they can’t seem to figure it out. They would constantly say I have to manually take this payment and the next one will auto pull. This last time they “tried” was the fifth time and they set it up to pay some random persons loan rather than the loan tied to my account. Them trying to set it up is over the last 5 months.

I am not personally a member of Centris, but I have had to deal with them over the last month regarding estate matters. I was really impressed with Centris and specifically this branch. Friendliness of employees was excellent and the place was immaculately clean. The entire issue was taken care of in one visit and I wanted to compliment the service. The only thing that does seem strange about Centris (and the only reason I am giving a four) is that I have never had a bank that requires appointments to deal with matters requiring a banker. I stopped in a different branch on one occasion and was told there were "no bankers available" and I could make an appointment. Seems kind of odd from a credit union.

Love this bank very good customer service representative and very nice every time I came there!!! Iam glad there my bank!!! But drive thur could improve better kinda slow when there is only one teller at the window in the morning.

Not impressed that I can't even walk in to speak with someone about obtaining a mortgage. Instead, I was told that they will take my contact information, and then someone will call me "possibly today or tomorrow" without giving me the name and number who was going to call me to set up an appointment to come back in, even though I was already standing there. I live more than an hour from the nearest location and just happened to be in the area.

Why on earth would you continuously report for years that someone hasn't paid their debt when you recieved it in full years prior? You guys stay messing up someone's credit for no reason. I hope someone sues you guys for defamation of character. It happens with you guys far too often. Just outright ridiculous!

Can't give any less rating but really deserves a negative 2. Customer service is non existent and they are slightly less helpful than talking to a rock. Really, you would be better of stashing money under a mattress or anyplace than this excuse for a bank.

They play with my finances like it’s a game, leaving me terribly anxious. I’ve never felt less safe about who’s holding onto my money and planning to switch banks ASAP.Graham, the leadership figure at this specific Centris location, is the only staff member who has shown me any semblance of courtesy and tact in the last year. The rest are unprofessional, slow, and completely indifferent to whether or not you’re able to pay your bills and live.

I used to love this bank. The tellers were all fast courteous knew my name. Over the past year the drive-through has gotten ridiculously slow. Very frustrating and so disappointing.
