The available balance with online banking only shows half of the pending transactions. So what happens is you look at your available balance and it's incorrect because only half of the pending is shown. I called to ask how to resolve this and they told me I basically need to sit down with a calculator and figure it out because "that's what everyone does" I banked with wells Fargo before and never had any of these issues. From the look of these reviews I guess my only option is to find trust with another bakning company

They lie to you, give you instructions on how to resolve a situation, and the instructions given make matters worse. Very unprofessional, inept banking facility.

After 30 years of membership the quality of this company has gone downhill. I used to feel valued now I feel like a source of income. Do better with your overdraft fees. The new policy is still a joke. I would rather miss a payment and deal with a grace period or the company's late fee over the 35 charge for going 5-10 negative especially when its all in my savings from the round up system. Its a joke and its kicking people while they are already down. If im going to just be another paycheck then ill be a paycheck at a credit union with decent perks and policies and ill be taking my loan balances with me.

Incredibly unethical company, they definitely need to reevaluate their ethics policy. Their employees are astonishingly some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen. Do your best to not do business with this credit union.

I called to ask about removing PMI from my mortgage. The first rep I got couldn't locate my loan by my personal details or my address. I went and found my bill, called back and the second rep had no issues, but they had to send a letter for the PMI removal. The whole interaction took too long for something that should have been easy.

The level of incompetence this credit Union has made me speechless. It’s been 60 days since I payed off my auto loan and they still didn’t give me my title. They lost it, and when I asked for compensation. They just made it look like it’s my problem and they have nothing to do with it.

I currently bank with centris Federal Credit Union and I tried to get a loan to them they told me my debt ratio wasn't good enough for a $500 loan and I was trying to get a loan to build up my credit however they denied me and I applied for a credit card through Chase got automatically approved and applied for one to Capital One got automatically approved as well as just recently took out a loan from Chase I got automatically approved but yet for some reason was sensors Federal Credit Union they don't approve you nine times out of 10 I've tried several different times and each time they say my debt ratio is not good enough but yet with Chase I'm able to get a loan just fine no questions asked doesn't make sense to me

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Was trying to up my monthly payment and the rep told me that I need to change in my account on the website. I went to the website and changed the payment, but only to find out that the rep had told me wrong and I was now having two transactions come out of my account every month. I have called to try to cancel the other payment, but can never get past the hold line. So I sent a message through the portal. They got back and told me to call a number, but, like I said, I can never get past the hold line. I relayed this to them through the online portal and they asked for an email to send a document that I need to sign to cancel. I replied with an email, but never got any document to sign and never got any message back regarding it even though I have sent multiple messages reminding them that I need this. This has been going on for a month and I still have not been able to cancel my original payment.

Centris is fine if all you do is let your money sit, for EVERY transaction that makes your account negative, they take 35$ dollars to cover EACH overdraft fee. I though overdraft protection was supposed to keep you from having a negative balance and keeping your from paying these types of theft. This is the second time I've had a negative balance of over 100+ dollars. If my transactions are pending then the amount should come out of my available balance, instead it doesn't it takes them 3 days to process any transactions.Went to a branch also, and the lady put my money into someone else's account, how do you even mess that up? I gave her my name, and my address, still put it into the wrong account. Definitely don't recommend, stay far away if you like paying 35$ for every transaction that draws you a negative balance... how are you supposed to even get ahead? I'm in a hole again, thanks Centris, quit charging people 35$ per transaction that's over drafted. How about setting up a system to keep your members ahead and just cause them the embarrassment of not being able to make that purchase."Centris is a not-for-profit financial organization. We pass the savings onto you. We don't have stockholders, and any profits we make are turned back to our members in the form of lower rates on loans and higher rates on savings as well as improved products and services."Not-for-profit, what a joke.

Teller in the front wouldn’t get a an employee from the titles department. She said they all leave at 4 or 4:30. Last time I went they told me the staff from the titles department left at 5 and they still called and got someone to help. So if they leave earlier they should change the hours. It’s very inconvenient for someone who works or has to pick up kids from school. And then she went on saying I didn’t need to get the paper notarized. When they told me I had to. And said that anyways it wasn’t valid because the co-signer didn’t sign both names. It literally says signature and that’s their signature.

I have been a member with Centris for 28 years- almost three decades. First is the word that comes to mind when I think of Centris. Centris is where I received my first savings, first checking, first certificate of deposit, first credit card, first auto loan, first mortgage. While some of the loans have been paid and new ones taken out I still have my original account with them and it is still my primary account (my first account that I go to). This is where I have established my children's first savings accounts and can trust that Centris will be a place they go to first. When I have a new need or want - Centris is my first stop.

Stopped in the new branch a few times now, used the drive thru, fancy new ATM and stopped inside. I didn't explore much but just used the counter to make a deposit. Being a new building its very nice. Staff was friendly. Easy to get around, lots of parking. Its good to be a part of a growing bank. I just can't give 5 stars because of past issues. Will see how things go and maybe someday they'll earn 5.
