Built a Champion 3 season room back in 2017 almost 30k worth what sold me was the warranty and the pitch the salesman gave me on it being guaranteed for life. We'll started leaking this spring and ruined the floor they've been out twice since and still seem clueless as to why and can't seem to understand how to replace some rotted floor. Put me down as frustrated.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We had 4 windows replaced in our home and they are terrible!!!! There is black glue all over the glass, none of them are level, the screens do not match up so bugs get in, they dented one of the frames, scratches on the vinyl, the locks do not match up to lock it and not to mention the person who installed them was super unprofessional and took their shirts off!!! Also if you push hard on our master bedroom one, it almost falls out of the house!!! I have tried to call this location for 3 days and nothing!!! Put on hold for over 15 mins each time!!! We paid $8000 for this terrible window job!!! I want my money back!!!!
Update: 07/23/2024
This number goes to their call center, not directly to the location, where I already filed a ticket and a complaint to have this location call me back and NOTHING!!!!! NO ONE called me back or reached out about my experience. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED IN MY LIFE. After looking back over our windows again after posting this, they also missed caulking the inside, so they are not even sealed properly!
08/20/2024 Update!
They have been out to my house 4 times to fix all the issues and they are still not fixed! Not to mention, in the process of trying to re-level out the office window they scratched up the paint in the sill that we just painted! The caulking still hasn’t been fixed, they had to order 5 new shashes bc of the black glue that was EVERYWHERE!!!! Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks for these new shashes to come in. Then they have to come back out again and put them in! I have called the regional manager Josh 4 times and he never calls me back. They say that they don’t give refunds it’s not company policy… well sorry to say if this isn’t resolved quickly I am reporting them to the better business bureau and hiring a lawyer! $8000 for 4 windows and this is what you get!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
09/10/2024 Update
We are now 2.5 months after install and 4 months after ordering and they are still waiting on 5 replacement sashes!!! Still have yet to get an eta on when this whole thing will be over. Talk about crappy customer service, no communication, nothing… just terrible.

Jerry was amazing!! I would refer him to anyone looking for windows, siding; anything for a home! He answered every question; he was extremely personable and courteous. My parents also met with Jerry for their replacement windows. So, we decided to "keep it in the family"! Thanks, Jerry!

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the windows. He showed us the differences between Champion Windows and the industry standard. He was not high pressure , he gave us the information and let us decide based on the quality of the Windows. I would recommend Andrew to a friend!

Brian from champion Windows is a good egg. This is the second time I have had him come to my house and give me a quote for Windows. I have purchased both times because of him.

These windows are terrible to get clean. Water spots etc just won't come off. I have tried every cleaner I can think of. Second problem customer service phone line . Expect huge waiting times if you ever get an answer. Waited 30 min with no answer one time 17 another. Just done.
