They’ll reschedule your appointment at a different location. Watch for text reminders to make sure it’s the same city/location.

They’ve had my car for over 3 months and every other week we have a completion date and every other week they let me down. I understand it was a big job but they could have let me know from the start that this would be a 3-4 month job. Maybe i could have taken it somewhere that would have prioritized me more. I don’t have my car or a rental car or any way to get to work besides walking and Ubers. I’ve been having to find different ways to get my kid to school and to do basic things I’ve been struggling so much. Not to mention I’m still paying insurance I’m still paying my car payment on a car I haven’t used in over 3 months. They are very nice and respectful always but I’m not happy and wont return when I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family over the years. I’ve always trusted them and I’m just really let down with how long this has taken and I don’t appreciate getting my hopes up several times to get my car back and each time to be shot down like with 5 different completion dates.

I took my car here to fix a minor dent/scrape. The final bill was 30% more than their written estimate. They blamed the extra cost on recalibration, and said they didn’t know how much that costs ahead of time. Giving a low initial quote and then jacking up the price once the work is done is downright shady. I will note that I also got a quote from Dingman’s that was slightly higher than Kaizen’s quote (though lower than the final bill) that did include a flat cost for recalibration, so apparently they figured it out.It took 5 weeks to get the car into the shop, which is fine (every place is busy these days). Two days after dropping it off, they informed me I’d be without my car for 2 weeks, which seemed like a long time for a simple fix (no spare parts or anything). The day I was supposed to pick it up, I called in to see when it would be ready; only then was I informed it would be a further 2 days. Note they never called me.Between the completely wrong estimate, the long repair time, and the complete lack of communication, I would have assumed this is the first time they’ve fixed a car. In retrospect I should have asked more questions, but I naively assumed that the shop would be honest and accurate in their communication. Then again if they had been honest, I might have chosen a different shop.Note that I was paying out of pocket. Maybe they're better with insurance companies. The cherry on top was that when I got my car back, they had broken the driver-side seatbelt (it wouldn’t retract). They did fix it within a half hour (nice of them), but the employee who gave me my keys told me that the guy who had reassembled the seatbelt just didn’t care about doing a good job. I will leave it there without further comment.Services: Painting

I had a bumper issue that was semi resolved by a dealership and was working for the time being. Instead of charging me to diagnose the issue, Ricky suggested to wait until it was something that could easily be diagnosable. He also fixed a piece of flapping trim in the parking lot for free, thank you for saving me time and money Ricky, appreciate your kindness!

Wanted someone to help open my pickup tailgate, needed to fix a tail light after a hit-and-run. My plight was heard at the counter and an associate jumped at the opportunity to assist. The mechanic helped me resolve the issue up to the level that I required to continue fixing the issue on my own. When I asked, "How much do I owe you?" I was met with the response, "No charge."Not much more to say. Good guys.

I don’t often write reviews but the service provided was so outstanding I want to endorse and support this great business. From estimation to pickup the team was professional, friendly, and accurate in their information. The body repair after a fender-bender looks excellent. This business values great customer service and they delivered.Service: Body & Trim

I used to have mechanic work done here before and used to trust them for mechanic work. Pretty frustrated as I had my car towed there on Friday evening and left a message with their Service department as on Google it’s still listed that the shop does mechanic work. I got a call today saying that not only do they not do mechanic work anymore, they also didn’t get the message that was left with their service department (as it was an option I could transfer to.) Secondly, the receptionist said that she’d note down what’s going on with my vehicle so her manager could take a look at it, and then give me a call back within an hour. I had to call back 2 hours later, and it didn’t even seem like the message was passed on or that anyone even took a look at it.I get if you guys don’t do mechanic work anymore, but it honestly is frustrating to have to go through all of this and now have to scramble to find a new place to have my car towed to and lose out on 2 days of work.

This is the worst body shop ive ever been too. After my truck was parked several months. They took long fixing it and blamed the dealer wasnt aproving anything. Everything was good when jonny was there helping us but mark on the other hand is not helpful or not very good at his job .My seats were loose from them removing them i do have a report from dealer Where it says what they had to fix . They left their tool inside my car . Of my understanding they should od checked that everything was done right. Before taking it to the dealership for me to take possesion of my car. I would love to speak to someone above rick ,ron . And i do have paperork on hand for proofServices: Body & Trim
