Gave a star because I had to. Their fraud team called me yesterday. To identify myself they didn't ask for address, or last 4 or a pin, they wanted my debit card number, and my debit pin. Thought for sure it was a scam and hung up. Called them with the number I had, YEP! "What's your 16 digit card number and pin?" ! On my to do list today? New bank!

During my multiple visits to Chase bank, I've generally had positive experiences. However, there was one instance where I had to endure a lengthy wait in line, and I noticed that some people were quite frustrated with the queues. I'd suggest making an appointment before visiting to avoid the hassle of long waiting times. It can make your trip to the bank much smoother and more efficient.

100% best customer service I have ever seen! We had my dad's estate account here and from start to finish they treated our family amazing. Even when we (I) was difficult.

Horrible bank. This is my secondary account that is a shared bank account. Deposited a check and Waited 2 weeks for a check to clear. We called the bank to make sure we would not have the same issues with a second check from the same person/bank. They assured us that it would be available in 3 days at most. Called again to check on the status of the second check. Now I am being told funds will be available in 8 days because they could not verify the funds. Except, the person who wrote the check shows the check has cleared from their bank. Meanwhile we have payments coming through and will receive a return payment fee and overdraft fees. All the person could tell me on the phone was that I could call back. ? Will drop this bank and stick with my main account.

Very attractive layout and a experience like I've never been a part of. I felt welcomed and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. It was quick and easy service to get my account going. I'm confident that my banking relationship will work out fantastic. I think I might be a lifetime customer.

I feel like you shouldn't have to make an appointment to do banking. I know for me I don't have time for that when I go to the bank it's to handle my banking needs right then and there. Not to be told you need to make an appointment or do it online or at the ATM. Well I know for me I'm old school and don't like to do everything online. I wish I could give you zero stars but since I can't you get one. Because of this I'm looking to switch banks.

My husband and I walked in to deposit cash into our BIL’s Chase account for a vehicle we purchased from him in OK. Caucasian male comes out tells us he’s not sure we can do that… goes to “ask someone” comes back saying we can’t deposit into someone else’s account. I think you didn’t like my husband or my skin color, even our local bank was shocked when we told them Chase wouldn’t let us make the deposit. I had to pay $25 for a wire transfer! When making a deposit would have been easier!

Very horrible customer service had to call many times just to get ahold of the bank. Once we got ahold of them they were basically brushing us aside and not giving us the information we needed. I love chase bank but this location needs some major working

The inside of this Chase is really nice only thing missing is the server that offers you something to drink, but seriously this branch is very nice, the employees and managers are great plus the wait don't be too bad.
