Horrible bank. This is my secondary account that is a shared bank account. Deposited a check and Waited 2 weeks for a check to clear. We called the bank to make sure we would not have the same issues with a second check from the same person/bank. They assured us that it would be available in 3 days at most. Called again to check on the status of the second check. Now I am being told funds will be available in 8 days because they could not verify the funds. Except, the person who wrote the check shows the check has cleared from their bank. Meanwhile we have payments coming through and will receive a return payment fee and overdraft fees. All the person could tell me on the phone was that I could call back. ? Will drop this bank and stick with my main account.

Went in for a mortgage consultation and we were early for our appointment. We were assured that our agent was "just moving her car" which must've been code for something else because we sat around for 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time with nobody helping us before we decided to leave. It's a little disappointing that Chase handled our mortgage appointment with the same gravity as a teenagers checking account, but a competiting lender was more than happy to have our business. They were even on time for our appointment, amazing!!

Don't ever use a non-chase ATM in Nebraska because you'll get an extra charge for it and it's a non-refundable fee. If you need cash back I advise that you go to Wal-Mart instead.

I’ve had an account here for about a month now. My card never showed up so I had to visit a branch and pay out of pocket to order a new one. I’ve tried making transactions as low as $5-10 and my card has been blocked/declined at least 5 times now and I have to call in and get them to let the transaction go through. I’m already looking into other banks because this one has been nothing but a headache

I stopped by to open two new business accounts with Chase, and the customer service from this team was terrific!The manager of this branch holds professionalism and customer service to an undefinable standard! Because of the outstanding service, this branch showed us, my wife and I will be consolidating all of our personal and business bank accounts to Chase the next time we come in.

Worst bank ever. Cant cash a check without it being put on hold for 10 days or more unless I have the cash to cover it. They didnt tell me that opening the account nor did I EVER get new member bonuses.SHAM. I'm closing my account here and doing business elsewhere I'd give no stars if it were an option
