Negative experience with Rosie and Kaprese. Both employees so lazy, intentionally avoided and refused to do their job during their operational hours. I was a client with chase bank for 3 years. I should definitely choose a different bank now

ATM outside never works when I try to use it. The one inside you should be able to access with using your card, but you can’t. Just overall not good with Chase again.

I love Chase Bank. More specifically, I enjoy this location on 132nd and Center the most. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely want to help any way they can and I always look forward to visiting!

Entered the building this Friday morning and there were 3 employees( associates, private client bankers or whatever their “title” is) just sippin their coffee right in the lobby and as I walked in they looked at me up and down judging, no hi no good morning (not feeling privileged) but basic service. Didn’t feel welcoming at all. But i guess it was not the day for that.
But those ATM machines are great. They greet you at least.

My review is based on $5000 cash withdrawal that I wanted to do at this location. I believe the cashier name is “Sonja” who didn't really help, instead made the situation worst and complicated, here is the summary:I asked to withdrawal $5000 from my account ONLY if I can get the $50 stack brand new or “pressed” what they call it. She said, she can get me newer bills but I will have to wait because of her vault custodian (basically 2nd person to overview the transaction) is busy with another customer and I said that's fine, I will wait. Waited for about 30 min, no issue there and while I was waiting, I checked my bank account and realized that $5000 is already gone from my account when she shouldn't have withdrew money from my account unless it was paid cash to me. She asked me to wait but money is already gone from my account without given anything to me. Technically I have no evidence to prove I never got any cash if anyone fire back saying I did the withdrawal. I went back to the same cashier and told her that you took the money out from my account and she said she told me about it. I clarified, we agreed on waiting for the vault custodian and how it’ll take longer because another person is busy, not that you will take this large amount from my account that shows valid transaction on my online banking without handing out any cash to me. Especially when these people won't even give cash in your hand unless they officially withdrawal the money from your account (based on past experience). Also I told her that she wouldn't do other way if I would have come to deposit, she wouldn’t have deposited any money unless money was in there hands, so why would she withdrawal unless the money is in customer's hand. Hate to say, but if she would have had heart attack in that 30 min, there is no technically any evidence to back my statement that she asked me to wait unless they go thru the camera recording (with no audio) to back up my statement. Very unprofessional people!Anyway, after 30 min, her custodian came and they already started counting money and started getting it ready for me without even calling me to their cashier area so I can even review the cash to even accept it. Very unprofessional experience too! Finally they called when everything was done and at the end, the bills weren't even press or brand new per my original request, so I asked them to cancel everything.Now she can't give me any receipt showing they reversed that withdrawal that I never did, WOW. She said, they can show their computer screen showing the reversal when technically that's very unprofessional to even show their screen that got sensitive information. She said to check online but at that point, I wanted a physical document showing the balance back in my account when she was so quick to give me withdrawal receipt without any cash in my hand. After running here-n-there, they ended-up printing my statement showing that deposit back!Very pathetic, unprofessional experience at Chase due to their cashier Sonja!!!!

I have had a terrible time just trying to make a change to my checking account. I call, they told me go to the branch. I go to the branch, they turn me away and tell me to call ahead. I try to call ahead and the automated system won't give me a person. , tells me to get online or schedule a meeting. So of my options I schedule a meeting where someone won't even call me until the next day. So this is now been at least a 5 day ordeal and still not handled.
