Every time I have gone to this location I have received rude snotty customer service from the staff. They are so busy gabbing to each other they forget they’re there to help customers. Today, they open at noon. I didn’t realize this until I got to the door. It was 11:57. The lady came to the door, looked at her watch, opened the door and said “We open in 3 minutes”. Are you flipping kidding me!! You will turn away a customer for 3 minutes!! So I went back to my car and at 11:58 a lady unlocked the doors! Unbelievable! Sorry Chico’s, you just lost out on a big sale!!

They greeted me at the door and were interested in what I was looking for and if I needed additional sizes were there to help. Very friendly people.

I've purchased gift cards here several times for my mother who loves this store. I don't shop here (not my style) and I'm typically dressed casually in jeans when I go there. The women who work there act like I'm a homeless person & treat me like I'm complete garbage! May I remind them that they're the ones working in retail??
