Just an AWFUL process. I’m sorry is Child Support Enforcement actually supposed to do anything. When my dad didn’t pay child support when I was a kid he got thrown in jail. My ex is now over $7000 behind, and because he made ONE $200 payments within 12 months, they’re removing the license revocation notice!? What is wrong with our legal system!!!!?

Bunch of Holes working there. Everyone has an attitude, noone wants to take any slightest responsibility for anything, refuse to sign for mail, refuse to name themselves - probably fugitive from justice. Because I don't see any other reason why a government worker is scared to give their name. Another spongers and moochers on the body of this country for our taxes. Joke enforcers.

I had a few questions one day when I called, but I had to make it in 3 separate calls because I couldn't think of the question I wanted to ask all at once. In any case spoke with the same woman each time and she got an attitude with me because I had called 3 times in one day. Most of the women there aren't respectful at all!

They’re no help at all. They can’t even suspend a driver’s license for the parent that hasn’t paid in ages. Do you seriously think they’re going to collect child support for you when they can’t even do that? They also can’t give you much info about your case and you can’t even speak with your own case worker when you ask to speak to them. They basically just get paid to answer angry phone calls from people reminding them how they don’t do their job. Just get rid of the whole “enforcement” department. They’re useless anyways.

Horrible people! I have never put my ex husband on child support because he has always taken care of them. Now that they are 17 & 15 now they want to have him pay child support! ? Alexis Meyer is rude and does not have any skills at being a child support worker what so ever! She called my house being rude and I considerate did not want to hear what I had to say and hung up in my face!

They have a special brand of calculators that apparently works different then every calculator the public has. Then they don't describe how they use them. Almost like they delight in trying to ruin people's lives. I have no problem paying child support but the way they do things here is insulting and ridiculous.

I am a Single Mother. I asked for help and they took my child care!! They are supposed to support children and families, yet do that!! They don't give AF about families. Will they be happy when more single parents lose their jobs because they don't know where the other parent is?!! Ne needs to do better for children and their parents, that are actually trying.

Going on 7 YEARS calling every 6 months and still waiting for a return call from "case wroker" 50 bucks a month for 3 kids from their mom and she don't even pay that,never seen jail or anything done to here for not paying..I don't care I only call to see if they'll ever call back,LOL Nope...They don't give 2 shakes about kids...

I haven't seen my kids in over a year and the last 3 years I paid $36000 child support and I have seen my kids maybe 10 to 15 times child support system in this city is broken broken too many people not paying child support that do get to see their kids Hey and too many people that are paying child support that don't get to see their kids I'm done paying child support you can take my license and you can shove We're the sun don't shine

Terrible service! They answer the phone with an attitude! They act like all men are dead beat dads who can’t pay their child support! There was no need to hang up on us! Then absolutely refuse to help us resolve the issue or give any information! You are government workers…paid by tax payers! Act like it! Treat us with some dignity and professionalism! Or find a new line of work if you hate your job!

Horrible place to be working on the behalf of children. The case worker I spoke with literally hung up in my face. She had a negative attitude and sounded like she hated her job.

They do absolutely nothing my sons mom has ran evaded and has paid maybe 500.00 total in 16 years. I call them all the time Minerva and Karen in legal do nothing. Most worthless employees ive ever seen i dont know how they even have a job. If your a woman who owes child support they wont go after you. She should be in jail and they should be embarrased for there effort.
