If you're ordering from Uber eats like I did. Check your order before the person leaves. Mine was cold because my driver picked up food from another place also sorta both Uber eats and chipotle's fault Paid for extra chicken and added extra tortillas. Got half a scoop of chicken and no tortillas. I guess that's what get for not paying attention right away.

Bad experience today, forgot my wallet so went home to go pick it up. When I returned no less than 15 minutes later, they said they threw the food away. If the food was that meaningless for them, why didn’t they just give me the food instead of me having to back home? They made me pay afterwards too when they just threw out my order before. Food waste rubbed me the wrong way.

This chipotle is probably the worst one ever in existence, seriously always forgetting stuff and horrible at rolling burritos the meat is always o Lu at one end of it….just how?*STOP ROLLING BURRITOS SO THERES NOTHING BUT RICE IN THE BOTTOM!!!! MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THIS IS WHY I STOPPED COMING HERE….BRING IN THE TRAINER AGAIN LIKE YOU DID LAST YEAR.

I was shocked by the quality of my order today. The burrito was cold and full of gristle that couldn't be eaten. When I asked for a refund in the app the company refused repeatedly. I have been visiting Chipotle for nearly 20 years and I'm appalled they would rather keep the $13 than retain me as a customer. I will not be returning.

Place is dirty,I won't even imagine going to the bathroom, is a USDA concern on my part I not planning in going to this place, dirty tables the floor dirty and it doesn't worth going in there.

Ordered an almost $1300 catering order with this location. We got shorted half of our meat and all of the queso that was ordered. Spent an hour trying to get the store on the phone so I could get the rest of our order. Traveled 30 minutes out of town to pick up the order ourselves. Customer service couldn’t even get through to the store location, some of our employees went without food and I have yet to receive communication on a refund for the food we never got. All I wanted was the rest of our order. Horrible experience all the way around with both the online customer and this specific store location.

What happen to Chipotle, they use to be so good, when I use to live in MSp, that was about 20 years ago, now it looks the same but taste wise it's gone downhill, I recently ate Culvercity 2 different Chipotles and big fat burrito didn't taste the same

Ordered 2 rice bowls and there was no rice in either of them. They were filled with liquid and none of the toppings we had ordered. It was disgusting and I’m really upset about the quality of my order I paid $30 for.
