My hair dresser Molly consulted with me twice over the phone on the color I was wanting on my hair! I arrived and showed her a picture of the color of my hair last summer! She agreed she could do that hair color! When she was done with my hair it was mostly brown and not blonde and I told her at that time and she agreed and apologized because she didn’t put enough highlights to make my hair blonde! She then told me she would fix it for free! She booked my next appointment before I left and I even paid $145.00 for the hair color I was not happy about! PAY ATTENTION!! I had to call and reschedule the appointment because I’m a Travel NURSE (move a day up) and they want to charge me $55.00 for my hair because the appointment was 4weeks out! Remind you Molly never told me I had a time limit for her mistake, she rescheduled me! I WOULD NOT USE people that are not true to there word!Services: Hairstyling

Absolutely horrible, I asked for a balayage. The first time I went they absolutely ruined my hair. Mind you I wanted blonde balayage and came back home with grey ends. The next day the owner did my hair and she literally did what she wanted to. Like I said I asked for a blonde balayage and went home to simple brown hair I could have done at home. I absolutely hated my hair, and I was still forced to pay the full price. Please choose to go to a professional place where they know how to do hair, because this place is clearly not it !Service: Hair coloring

Molly Montgomery is truly amazing, she saved my hair ! From previous bad color that was professionally done, she never made me feel rushed and was determined to fix this, ( she did not do) and never made me feel like she didn’t have time she is one of the best I have ever seen and completely worth the entire experience I will forever use her for all my hair needs and recommend her to anyone who has had any previous bad experiences or is afraid to try something new. Molly I cannot say enough to to thank you for saving my self esteem and making this customer grateful beyond words for your talent and your knowledge of keeping my hair integrity, and I’m loving the compliments. My girlfriend loves going to this place. However, they have started making her pay a down payment for her appts because she's either "late or doesn't show up." Now, I understand it from a certain perspective. But my girlfriend has a daughter with a very SERIOUS heart condition, and requires care from her mother, which is as it should be and my girlfriend is a nurse. Not to mention that she is only late because she had no vehicle and was reliant upon Lyft rides, which if there aren't enough drivers, it can take a while to get a ride. When told of this, the staff essentially said "not our problem." Well, most people would be understanding of the need to prioritize one's child over making one's self look pretty when they require care for a condition that can't be helped--especially when they have a history of seizures. And now that they require her to make down payments, if she can't make the appointment, she loses out on a chunk of change. So, don't go to Chroma.

The BEST WORST IMPRESSION!!!Don’t waist your time on this place!!!Believe all the bad reviews and save your self the hassle and go to a better establishment!!!!Scheduled an appointment days in advance & arrive the day of only 2/b told by a mousy spineless person that she "doesn’t know exactly why I wasn’t contacted about my appnt being canceled but that the owner tried to call" ( yes exactly what she said) no missed calls, a text message or even a email! which they have bc you can not schedule w/o giving that information.

I really enjoy going to Chroma the salon it is so comfortable and relaxing. The girls that work here are so much fun and care about their clients. I get my hair, my lashes and sometimes even a nice relaxing facial done here. It's so nice to be a one stop shop for everything that I need. .

This place is AWFUL!!!! I gave them three chances to do my bleach retouch, even the owner Becky said she could “fix” it and Becky (the owner) gave me a chemical burn on my scalp that was so bad I couldn’t wash my hair for a week and my scalp was flaking for a month! When I told that she had burnt my scalp she tried to compensate with a bottle of shampoo and conditioner then still charged me almost 150.00 when I was walking out almost in tears from my scalp burning so bad. Not to mention I left with yellow and orange hair. If I could write a review with the state I could. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here :(

Long story short , well i will try 1. first time i did my hair was with a girl name Noelle she did my was not a bad color i did like it she did leave hair like more brassy she promised me next time i come she will leave my hair the color i want . 2.I call to make my appt for a retouch they inform me Noelle was no longer with them i still did the appt because i knew they had my color written down on a paper. 3. i went to my appt was with Miranda she had no idea which colors they had put on me telling they did a mess in my hair so she even call Noelle asking her what she had done well i should off left the salon at this time but decided to give a chance since Noelle told her what to Do . She started bleaching my hair the toning it my hair was like rainbow different colors nothing like Noelle color so yellow i think she remove the bleach too fast so she re bleach it again at this time she was sooo mad i didn't ask to be bleach again jusf to put a different toner well she bleach it my scalp started to burn i told Miranda about right away she run call someone which i assume Becky the owner . she came with a clipboard and a document asking to sign it i ask her what it was she said oh its just on the services we are doing today . I was not stupid to sign it i knew it was if my hair fall off it was not their responsibility. Im not a hair stylist but this paper is it given to a person who wants to get bleach and the hair is damage and they inform that it could fall then they give this document . ATTN THEY NEVER INFORM ME OF ANYTHING OR WARN ME OF ANYTHING THEY JUST BLEACH IT !!!! TWICE NOT BY MY REQUEST NOR THEY INFORM ME ON SECOND BLEACH . She said fine if you dont want to sign it well i felt my head on FIRE i told her again she wash it and tone it my hair turn so orange she had to call the Owner Becky to come fix Becky said i wont let you go out looking like that she tone it and offer me free shampoo and conditioner she plus still charge over $140 she said used this products and next time i will Do your hair and promised to get me the blonde i want . Note MY SCALP WAS SO BURN I couldn't shower for ONE WEEK MY SCALP SKIN WAS PEELING AND FALLING FOR A MONTH !!

Awful sanitation from the owner herself, she has been seen frequently re-using tools from one client to the next (including facial/lashing procedures). It is not uncommon for the salon to run out of the supplies needed for the stylists to properly do their job. It is normal for the owner to buy cheap, non professional product for the esthetician to use on your skin. There has been many complaints about the lashes not properly adhering or burning, due to her purchasing cheap glue to try and save money. This salon does not value their stylists or employees and does not pay them what was agreed upon or any retail commission unless called out to do so. Do yourself a favor and run from this salon.

Paige was amazing! Easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted. She did a balyage on my hair and executed it perfectly! She knew exactly what to do to achieve what I was asking!
