My family and I had a good time. There was only one person who seemed to actually be working. We greatly appreciate everything she did for us. The manager was very condescending to our server. (Manager) "How has your experience been?" (Us) "It's been great" (Manager) "Oh, you can be honest with me." Our server went above and beyond for my family along with the other families there. With all that being said I wish they still had the Jungle Gym and they need a more respectful manager and working staff.

be aware that chuck e. cheese isn't the same place it was years and years ago! there has been remodeling, and they've sort of fallen out of trend. nonetheless, it's cheap and fun! don't expect some big, amazing place, but it isn't crowded and the pizza is actually incredible. they also have beer and wine, and the staff is lovely! please please please give LEAH a raise and a promotion. she went above and beyond for everyone there, and was endlessly patient and knowledgeable. what a gem of a person and employee, the type that should be given the chance to climb the ladder if possible! without her assistance and attitude, it wouldn't have been as great of an experience. it's rare to find workers these days that really truly highlight a guest's experience, cherish her.

It's alright, food was mediocre. Service was minimal, you order up front and fill your own drinks. 1/4 of the games didn't work and one section was blocked off completely.

Pizza was pretty good but it took over an hour to cook and we ordered well ahead of normal meal times. Games are mostly 1-2 credits but feel like they don't last as long as other arcades.

We were very excited to bring two 2 year old young boys to come play in the tubes and slides, and the balls. We walked in only to see there were no more tubes, the stage was gone, and there were only arcade games for bigger (older) children. We were very surprised and greatly disappointed. What is there to do anymore for the younger children? If we wanted to play games, we would’ve went to Dave & Busters.

During the week is better to go.Too many parents letting their kids grab the ski balls and throw them everywhere. A Lil kid was taking the pictures that print out. This happens often. Do better parents. It's a place to have fun. Not a babysitting place for your kids to destroy for other kids.

I wish we would've went to The Amazing Pizza Machine. I blame the commercials. They make it seem like the, "Best place ever" for a Birthday Party. Like many of the reviews, the staff are simply there to hang out. Many at the front, but are not helpful. We had no idea what the better deal was when it came to purchasing the "overly" priced E Cards to play the games. Half of the machines don't work. They steal your minutes or your E Tokens. We waited so long for the pizza, and when it did come I was shocked it looked like recycled pizzas from a left over party. The drinking station, so gross! It looked and felt dirty. The person who brought us out pizza asked us did we want plates!? Uggghhhh duh! That's like buying the drinks and asking us do we want cups!? The staff are pretty much younger teens who have no idea what Customer Service is. The Prize section where you redeem your E Tokens, she was patient, but unenthusiastic. She was literally there to make a paycheck, but not earn it. I wish they would go back to Tokens. I wish they would remodel the place way better than what they have done and the parking lot, potholes everywhere! They didn't take the Animatronics out, they probably quit. They were tired of the nonsense too! Lol...

Simply obsessed with Chuck E Cheese! They recently remodeled the same space I played in and hung out in as a kid. It's all one level, no more play place, and no stage, but they've added a ton of great games! It was busy on a Saturday, and I thought besides the chaos of running kids, it was clean and picked up. Only a couple of the hundred+ games were out of order.Half of the space is set up for the birthday parties and the other part is a variety of ski ball and interactive games, as well as mini rides, and photo booths. Unlike other arcade parks, theres no entry fee and you can get cards to load with point of minutes. Since it was our first time there, I was with my 4 and 7 yo girl and boy, and I didn't know how much they would like it, I opted for (1) 45 minute playcard. I figured out that I can swipe 2 machines at once so they could play at the same time making this a very affordable trip. I would love to come back and play for 90 minutes. You can pause your time to take a food and salad bar break. Another neat perk for moms and dads is there is draft beer and wine available for us to enjoy while the kids run amuck. If you're looking for some fun entertainment this holiday season head to chuck e cheese, and call me!

It's been quite a while since I've been inside Chuck E. Cheese. It's changed. It appears cleaner, better lit with a lot more games. The ball pit that was back in the corner is gone. We can probably thank Covid for that one. The pizza still needs a LOT of improvement. The service was sufficient. It was a Sunday and busy. It took a kids birthday party to get me inside again and it will likely take another to go back. But it is a good place for a kid's birthday party, they love it.Kid-friendliness: It's always been a popular place for kids, and it always will be.

Kids always have a great time. Hate when parents just let their kids run without watching them cuz it makes it unenjoyable for everyone else. staff was quite slow and seemed like too many were just standing there to have to wait to play so long.
