They are hit or miss. Might just depend on the crew, but they miss my trash at least once a month. However, everytime I have called it in, they are always super polite and come and pick it up by Saturday evening. I appreciate that from them.

They've missed our address at least six times since they took over! they were leaving pet waste that was clearly in a bag and secured in the trash bin. they will leave the trash bins in poor position on an already steep driveway.
