How do you sign up to not get overdraft and still get overdrafts?Then they make you fight with them and the merchant.Regardless of whether it’s a hack scam or whatever they do not want to do the work to find out.Don’t bank with them. Their fees and the way they operate is flawed. They nickle and dime everything.I filled out a credit application to who they say take care of that and still haven’t heard anything and since they referring everyone they don’t know anything either. This is going on 4 months without an answer. Worst credit union

Was tricked into "upgrading my account" and 2+ weeks later I'm still dealing with the aftermath.I've been with this institution since it was SAC. Not sure I have a reason to stay, researching new primary bank.

Lisa P. was kind, informative and helpful as I was opening up a new account. she answered some questions regarding my existing accounts and was very pleasant to work with. She most certainly deserves a raise or at least some kudos and recognition. This is a Great place to do banking with personable help. I recommend them if you are in the market for a new account.

I’m online on the Cobalt CU website trying to find a way to pay off my CCU loan with funds from another bank and there’s no readily apparent way to do this so I called their 1-800 number. Was on hold for 8 minutes. The smart thing to do is to record a message for Labor Day saying you’re closed instead of leaving one up that says, “Someone will be with you shortly.” I HATE having my time wasted.

Customer service here is AMAZING. They worked with my boyfriend for at least half an hour and were extremely patient when his card stopped working and nobody knew why. If you’re looking for the best cobalt to go to whether you prefer speed or excellent customer service, this is the one without a doubt.

By far one of the worst experiences! All I needed was my password and security questions changed. I called the 800 twice and was told I don't know why your account is locked we will let IT know. That was an hour on the phone. So I called back again and was told I need to go to a branch to get my security questions changed. So I did that. Got to the branch and was told they can only do it over the phone. I told him that I was told I need a pass code and it can only be done at a branch. He put in a pass code, supposedly. Went home called to have my security questions changed and Phyllis said I had no passcode. Seriously!!!! It took my hours to get my password changed. I also had to argue w every person about my son's account. He is special needs and I'm the guardian. Your system doesn't have alerts for this?! Also their ATM doesn't accept deposits in check form. Really?! Why is your technology so primitive.
