I went to cash in change at the coinstar and received my voucher.The Customer Service and Money Center there,can't redeem my voucher.I was told that the voucher redeem service has been down for 2 hours.

It's 3pm on a Tuesday and they have TWO employees at the registers. Oh wait, now it's down to ONE register open. At Walmart?! This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would love for someone to explain how this is possible at such a large establishment...
