Agree with the rude and lazy comments. 35 minutes before close and I asked for a shake. Got some rolled eyes and something about the machines being put away. Staff seemed more interested in flirting with each other than helping customers.

The staff was so rude! I’m never coming back here again, that was the most unpleasant experience. The girl at the register with dark hair needs to quit cause she clearly hates her job and hates when customers enter the store. She was so mad that I was asking questions and super rude. I wish I never spent my money there, definitely will never be back.

Customer service was terrible, felt very rushed and lady was rude to myself but also my daughter which was uncalled for. Sad but won’t be back after that.

I came to cold stone on village pointe with my family, and the staff were so unprofessional, I asked for to go, and when I asked for a bag they just handed me the bag and asked me to put everything on the bag. I was expecting that they will put everything in the bag but instead they made me do it.

The computer was down, therefore no credit transactions could transpire. Would have never expected that given the stores upscale location in Elkhorn. It didn't ruin the Valentine's date. We just moved on to another desert establishment.

I purchased a fundraiser coupon book which clearly states this location participates. No, I was rudely informed that they don't. You could have been nicer about it. I won't be returning.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Leaving three teen boys to run a business is insane. Rude and lazy. They have two bathrooms that are both now listed for employees. You spend $40 in ice cream and won’t let you use it and tell you to walk all the way down the mall to use a different one. It would be one thing to make it purchase only to use the restroom but completely be rude when my little kids had an emergency. And the rudeness I received when I asked. Never going back and I will ensure I pass this along.

So many bad reviews and noone seems to do anything about customer service at the store. I won't be going there anytime soon. Spent 20 bux on 2 caramel apples. We sat outside and ate the apples. When we came back inside to wash our hands. They said the bathroom is for employees only and pointed us towards a public restroom. What a joke.

Meh. I probably won’t come back to this location.All of the 1 star reviews below are spot on: Service was slow, the ice cream was melty, staff didn’t fill up our cups all the way (for $7…), etc. And to top it off, they didn’t have bathrooms for customers at an ice cream place? I think it was a bad call to make those employees only.

The short of it, I ordered a custom birthday cake and prepaid. I came back on his birthday and they hadn't made the cake "because the day before they didn't have yellow cake" I was argued with that the manager had called me, but I had no texts, calls, missed calls, or voicemails. The manager left me a giftcard for the exact price of the cake. I was never apologized to. I called the General Manager Robin that day and left my name and number and why I was calling and requested to be contacted, I wanted to give the possible benefit that she misdialed the wrong phone number or something. It has been 2 days and Robin hasn't even called me.
