The front desk people were very helpful and nice. However, Some of the nurses were extremely off putting and rude. I was getting a routine drug screening for a new job and I just felt unwelcome and disrespected. They definitely show how much they don’t want to be there.

As a new customer at Millard Family Dental. I had originally booked a cleaning as my dentist office had closed. I was having a lot of pain in my lower back tooth and I felt like it possibly could be fractured. I also was getting food stuck in my upper right tooth in between. Because there was a tiny space in the back that just didn't seem to close tightly. After Dr.Ryan Morrison reviewed my x rays he determined In fact, there was a hairline crack. He said he would have to put a crown on that tooth and he could fill and add-on to the tooth with the small gap. The space where all the food would get caught. This could cause severe decay over time if not treated. Any time I've ever had my bottom teeth done. Other Dentists could never get me numb. I am a big chicken because it hurts so much. He reassured me that he had unique and different numbing process that would definitely get me numb. I couldn't believe how He only gave me a few shots! Normally It's like ten or fifteen to get me close to getting numb. I've never had a dentist drill down the tooth so fast and fill the other one. It was over within a half hour. He had made my crown in an hour and put it on and I was out and doing life again. This was not a temporary. This is truly a cubic zerconia crown made that day in one hour. Thank you Dr Ryan and Millard Family Dentistry. You are now forever my Dentist!

8/10 the building was clean, smelled good and the staffs were very friendly, they had a little bit of wait time despite having a little of people but overall my experience was good and was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I have never been treated with such professionalism and kindness. Front desk, Nurses and Doctor make you feel like you are in good hands. Also, quick , efficient and informative. I wish all medical was ran by these people. Heck , I wish all business were directed by this staff !!!!

Went here for a drug test and a physical. Wait wasn't too bad. The nurses were nice, but the doctor was a bit grumpy.

The Dr was extremely rude and acted like he had no time for me. I answered his questions and he told me I wasn't answering his questions. I paid $135 up front and have full coverage health insurance only to be treated like dirt. Won't be going back to any Concentra clinics. Will just wait till my dr has an opening next time.

I had to come here for a fit test for work. The staff up front were kind and helpful: when I went back for the fit test I was appalled by the uncleanliness of the hood they had me wear. It was visibily dirty and stunk like sweat. I couldn’t even focus on the test because I was so freaked out by the thought of how many viruses I was being exposed to. I’m just praying I don’t get sick especially since I have a immune compromised family member. Please think of others and disinfect your hoods you make people wear. It’s even worse knowing I was the first patient being seen for a fit test today ?? who knows if they ever clean it.
