The representative, Andy, Did a great job of explaining the work and what was possible for our driveway and patio concrete. The estimate was $1000 less than a competitor in the area.
Our driveway and our patio cement look great overall. The process was pretty painless with the crew coming and getting their work done and leaving in a reasonable amount of time.
We had an issue with one part of our driveway work. Corey, the owner, came to our house personally to chat about the work and listen to us. Corey was fair and friendly.
I have more peace of mind now that the driveway is stable. The patio is now
protected from water drainage.
I’m really glad we did this work and that we went with Concrete Medic.

Finding a contractor that you can trust to do the things they say they will, at the price they said, and at the time they said it all can be done with Cory and Concrete Medic. I have known Cory for over 25 years and can't endorse him enough for the work he has done not only at my home but also for those families I am fortunate to work with. Call them to see for yourself!

Fantastic job! Couldn't be more pleased with all the work Mark, Kemper, and Ryan did! Lifted several panels on driveway, lifted and leveled garage and front porch. Caulked and sealed driveway & porch. Complete professionals from the start - from quote (Matt) to actual work and consultation (Cory) on several areas that did not want to cooperate. So easy to work with, explained every step, made sure all questions were answered and cleaned up everything afterward! Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were polite, took their time, and even offered to fill in some old mudjacking holes on our porch while they were filling in the holes they made. They also did a great job scraping off old tar and caulking from our brick surrounding the area they were repairing. It looks so much better now and I don't have to worry about water draining into our foundation.

Cory and team did an excellent job lifting our very heavy 10 ft arched front porch stairs saving us time and money from having to tear them out and replace them. We are pleased with the caulking they did on our driveway, sidewalk and back patio as well. Excellent communication throughout the whole process from scheduling the estimate to the completion of the job. It's clear to see they are experts at what they do. Cory and Brandy truly care about their customers and we will be using them for all our future concrete needs.

I hired ConcreteMedic to raise my front concrete slab that had settled and was allowing water into my bsmt. Both Matt (salesman) and Cory (owner) were great to work with and they solved my issue. I highly recommend them for raising your concrete and also driveway caulking. Thanks for getting me a dry bsmt!!!

Initial contact with customer service was friendly and setting up an estimate time was easy.
Our estimator did not show up at the scheduled time, but called 20 minutes after the appointment time to say he had forgotten, citing that he was at a job site helping his employees. We set a new time for the following day.
The estimate appointment went fine, our estimator was friendly and he said he'd email two quotes.
That was over a week ago, we still have yet to receive the quotes. I've checked my spam folder multiple times, and I know my email address on file with them is correct since the initial communication was through email.
We were hoping to get our concrete issue resolved quickly, but between the missed appointment and the total lack of quotes, we will be going with a different company. If this company is lacking in attention to detail here, what details are they missing during the actual work? I will take my business elsewhere.

We were extremely impressed with Concrete medic. They went out of their way to educate us on the possible reasons for some of our cement falling. After the initial repair there was minor settling and they came out right away to lift the area back up to where it needed to be. We would definitely use them again.
