I love my banking team at the 168ish and Q location! Emily, T.J., and Rick make my day every time I stop in. They are the warmest loving group I have ever had at a core bank location and I have been banking with core bank for like 20 years. I love chatting with Emily, who remembers so many peoples names, she is amazing. T.J. Always has great stories and is so friendly!! And Rick, oh my god, Rick is sunshine in a bottle. Like he makes my day every time I see him.
Their new member David is an excellent addition to this crew and I look forward to seeing them all every time I go to the bank. They make you want to bank with them, bec they are that damn good at customer service, addressing your needs, and kindness!

Brian and team and Core could not have been more responsive and helpful in opening my accounts and helping me through a transaction. I'm grateful that this was not an area I had to worry about or babysit - they took care of everything and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend!

I went into the 168th and Q location to discuss my current heloc and options I have. Brian Lambie was very helpful. He gave me the information I needed and gave me additional info to consider. I also found the tellers and other team members I interacted with to be welcoming and helpful as well.

Rick is awesome! He recognizes me and always has a big smile! He is efficient and gives fast service as well! I’ve been with Core since they were Omaha State Bank since 1973. I have never had an appointment Sue and have always been greeted with a smile. I honestly don’t understand the few low reviews but I can’t relate to them at all!
