This is a wonderful storage unit and the lady ( I cant remember her name) was very helpful! She went above and beyond to help my mother complete her paperwork and was very supportive while moving into the unit. Rent here! They care!

We did not realize our credit card on file had expired and storage mart cut our lock on the 35 day of late payment. They said they could not do that until 41 day as per law and they did anyways. We have no idea if they stole our stuff. When we tried to contact them after paying immediately they did not want to explain. We live out of town so therefore since they do not want to follow laws we have a certified letter stating they can not auction or sell anything until April 29,2024 but since they already broke the law for all we know they already sold everything. I would not rent from this company ever

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a storage facility!! I can’t say enough great things about the Irvington StorageMart! The property manager, Jenn, was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get things done and in a timely fashion. The location is easy to get to, clean and organized. I highly recommend the StorageMart Irvington location!

Jennifer does a great job managing the facility. With Storage Mart now managing this location, I’ve experienced a huge improvement in cleanliness, upkeep, security, and snow removal. Highly recommend Jennifer and Storage Mart!
