They took over apartments from pj Morgan real estate and gave everyone an 3 day notice on a Friday with no contact information I had to go digging and calling my previous landlord that barely knew how to get ahold of them and they won’t answer or reply back I’m a single mom with 2 kids and now no where to go due to this man and he also won’t accept a government check from the maach house

Be careful tenants. Mike coraddos construction workers will steal your stuff. They just stole a $500 air compressor from me. Not to mention they have stolen tools from my fiance. They refused to do lawn care after my fiance broke his ankle on THEIR PROPERTY.!!! Now all of a sudden were in charge of the inside and outside of the house because Mike likes to weasel his way out of everything. That's okay. I know his home address Maybe I should have the lawyer file suit there!

Builders have called us to many times to fix a lot of projects done by this company, I have plenty of pictures and addresses to prove it (thousands), he bids the jobs at such low price that he has to cheat his subs or not pay them at all to make a profit, the quality of his work is HORRIFIC I don’t know why he is still in business, not including the fact that he owes thousands of dollars to contractors that are scare to fight him because of their legal status in the country. This company is a scam! the good reviews here I’m sure are friends of his if he has any. To bad I had to give him a star to write a review.

I would leave zero stars if I could. He never gave me my last paycheck. He doesn't know a thing about construction and he makes promises he won't keep. Don't trust this company it's not worth the risk. They don't care about the quality of work or the timeline in which it is completed .

Worst quality of work I have ever seen, they have no idea what Eifs is and how to do it right. This company has been removed from several projects because of there lack of knowledge and quality work.

This company owns rental houses they charge way to much for rent, a word of advice to any prospective tenants if you like your constitutional rights such as freedom of speech and freedom of expression don't live here they threatened to evict me for speaking my mind. If you like privacy forget it, they just walk in whenever they want often times with very minimal notice.
