Let's face it... we all walk in with a cart, with the idea of only getting a rotisserie chicken... yet we end up with a cart full of stuff we never knew we needed and never intended to get. What's not to love? Get your strawberries , pork loin, garden hose, and new dishes while the bakers are making your cake and your $1.50 hotdogs is being ordered. What more do you need? Maybe a tire or two! Best of all, is if there is something you buy and it doesn't "taste just right" or just doesn't work out for you, you can return that item without any hassle. I like the fact that they have also started checking people's Costco cards at the check out, to ensure that it truly is a member using the membership. Sadly I do have one complaint about this Costco location, and I'm sorry to say I've heard the same complaint over and over by customers standing next to me. Remember I mentioned the chicken we all originally went in for? Well my complaint ( and others ) seem to get the same guy putting out the chicken and he tends to take his time doing so and tries to control how many he will put out at a time. I've heard comments from people asking "what's his deal?" or "does he think he needs to control the chicken output?" Worst of all I heard one patron call him " the chicken nazi". Now he seems to get those chickens out all at one time when he has management hanging about , but other than that, it's a bit of a downer when we see him dealing out the chicken. I know it's petty, I get that! But I came in for just a chicken and ended up getting a set of tires! Still giving 5 stars!

What a thoroughly unpleasant experience at self checkout. I only needed a few things so I didn't get a cart. She needed to see my Costco card and check my identity for some reason and I didn't have a third hand to get out my card. So she holds some of my stuff because there's no where to set anything down (NOT THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO ANYWAY UNLESS I'M SCANNING TO CHECKOUT!) and checks my card and hands it back to me. I put my card away, wait a moment to step up to scan, and of course I have to get my card out again. There's no where to put my stuff and I can't set it anywhere near the self checkout machine. So I set it on the floor, get out my card again.I'm in this store a couple times a week and I've never seen them really check my card in a regular checkout aisle. Is self checkout some awesome place and I'm just missing out? Don't you want people to want to use self checkout? You don't act like it.You need to find a better way to accommodate people without carts which you should be doing already at self checkout. Have an empty cart sitting around or something. I can't imagine one person has looked at your setup and asked how grossly unpleasant your self checkout must be for customers.

Recently bought a sofa and the staff was extremely kind and efficient in helping us load the huge boxes. Super kind, very organized, and of course the food court is cheap and delicious.

Cheapest lunch in town. Great selection and prices. The only problem is the parking lot is a pain to get into or out of. The location simply isn't convenient.

EJ at customer service was unwilling to help me right after I paid for my items because it was 6:01. It was a simple question about a price that he could have answered or paged someone to check on, but instead he refused to help me. When I walked back to the item there were about 30 employees in the area, I'm assuming waiting to do inventory. One of them could have easily checked the price if EJ had paged someone.

My wife and I have been shopping at Costco for years. Our niece works at Costco and we are one of her users. We are from out of town and we were pleased to find a Costco close to where we are staying. We spent more than an hour in this store picking out items needed for a visit to my mother's assisted living. When it came time to check out is when our problems started. My wife didn't have her Visa card with her on this trip. No big deal though as we share everything, bank accounts, credit card accounts, home address, EVERYTHING. Now we got all items rung up, in the cart, and using my Visa card tapped for payment. The cashier says " whoa is that your card?" I said yes.. he says "are you on her account", I say my wife's? Now because my wife is on our nieces account my name isn't on the account. At this point I am in line, items in the cart and paid. My wife and I are confused by this as we have always shopped together and used each other's cards for payment as needed based on scenario's. I said well if we can't use this card we will need to leave all items as my wife did not have a Visa card at this moment. The RUDE cashier turns and actually loudly yells for assistance. Really??? This supervisor comes and after hearing this looks as confused as we were but reiterates the "policy". SMH- we felt belittled and extremely embarrassed but both Costco employees. I actually felt like a criminal leaving your store. What a disappointment!!! This happened yesterday and my wife and I are still upset.

Customer service are kind and generous. They do a great job considering the crowds they handle. Even the administration are happy to help over the phone if you have a question.

Switched from Sam's since Costco is a little closer and had a membership deal going on Groupon. Worst first time shopping experience ever! The first time there was with my wife and my 6 month old daughter in a stroller. I have never witnessed so many rude and uncourteous customers in one place in my life! It didn't matter that I was with my wife and baby daughter and it was even an hour before close and it was still packed! Everyone acted like they were about to run us over! They don't even have a scan and go feature like Sam's does which I was absolutely baffled by! They didn't have the Pampers diapers we normally buy, formula (gentle store brand), or spray antiperspirant deodorant. The self-check area is a joke and the long barricade they have between the entrance and exit is absolutely ridiculous! We will more than likely be asking for a refund for our membership and switching back to Sam's! I don't understand why their membership costs more and doesn't even have all the convenience features that Sam's does! Blows my mind!
