Normally yes I would recommend but not for pumpkin pie this year. Their pumpkin pie was big and beautiful, but raw. So disappointed to be excited about one of the main attractions of thanksgiving dinner. Went to cut a slice and it was not cooked

Theres the good and the bad. The good - customer service, item selection, prices on many items. The bad - so many items and temptations haha. Not dinging them for the bad losted above at all, but giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because for me, some items are cheaper here, but others (ex: fresh produce) are more expensive than my alternative (Aldi). If your alternative is a higher priced grocery store, more likely that Costco matches or beats the prices on most items

This Costco is busy and keeps the products stocked even in a pandemic. Because of its size the staff has to get creative so if you can't find something just ask, they are always happy to help!! Also if you see samples take them, due to Covid you could score a whole beef stick, fig bar or cookie bags. Best deals on alcohol too.

Love Costco! And I love that they had the courage to require face masks during a pandemic. As far as I know, they are the ONLY store to enforce this, and I am thankful they do! I will be a customer for life!

My girlfriend turned me on to how amazing Costco was and I was excited. I've gone to shopping there for almost everything. Until today. Asking people to wear facemasks is a bit much, but tolerable to me. A facemask is about protecting you. Yes, I know that for perfect safety you have to be able to control everyone in society completely. I'm okay with imperfect safety. While I should not have to have a reason to not wear a mask, it's a concession I'm typically willing to make that I have asthma and allergies, and paper masks mess with both of them. If you haven't seen the videos of how they make paper masks, you should check them out. In many cases, they are not helping keep your respiratory tract safe. In no cases are they a tangible benefit for me. Today, going into the store, the girl told me that I have to have someone else do my shopping if I'm not going to wear a face mask. That is unacceptable. If I have to ask someone else to shop for me, they won't be shopping at Costco. I called in and asked for a manager, shift manager, assistant manager, whatever. Whoever was taking feedback about mask policy. I got a gentleman on the phone and explained to him that, while I am bothered by their mask policy in this so far, the fact that I could get in without a lot of argument was sufficient. However, today I was told that without a mask, I would not be allowed in the store. He spent a few minutes explaining to me everything I already knew, and ignoring all the details that I had said. He said their store policy is for guests to wear masks since this all started (March or whenever). He said that having an underlying health condition excludes a person. But he said it all as if I was missing something important. We went around the barrel three times before I asked him -- politely, and calmly -- if I was being unclear somehow. Then he implied that he wasn't there, so he can't be sure that what I'm saying is true. As if there's some benefit to me lying about not being able to shop at a store that I've greatly enjoyed doing business with 'till this idiocy. I told him that it's pretty obvious and simple that what I'm saying is true, and the girl at the front door was incorrect according to his own words, and the fact that he was being belittling to me was justification enough for me to not shop at his store again. As of now, I'm cancelling my membership. I may re-think that, and go to the store on Harrison. 'Till they decide they don't want to have a healthy business relationship of mutual respect with their customers. Maybe I'll try Sam's. Maybe I'll just stop spending so much money on things I really don't need. Regardless, I won't be back to the store on 123rd and Dodge again. It's weird to say something simple, obviously true, and meaningful to someone who's supposed to be in a position of moderate authority, as honest feedback of a problem at their store, and have them belittle you. This is what America is becoming. All about feelings, no interest in reason or mutual respect.

Costco has been the best for trying to keep things clean and sanitized during the pandemic! Hats off to the workers at the 120th and Dodge St, Omaha store as they are awesome. Not an easy job but they are so kind while doing it. Thanks to all of you!!!

It was my first time going there today. I will never go there again. A stressed out employee yelled at me. And then while I was standing there waiting for my mom he continued to stare directly at me. I said what are you staring and then he said I work here I can stare at whatever I want.

What not to love about Costco? Industrial sized toilet paper packages, unique home decor items, $6.99 Prosecco? I've been a Costco member for years because of their family friendly products and unique and often healthy food options big enough to feed a family of 5. I also love that they have affordable yet super style and comfortable clothing, again for babies - my husband. The staff is some of the friendliest you can find in a truly "Big Box" store. Their customer service station is very helpful when a misplaced membership cards need replacing and their photo center is high quality for 1/4 of the cost at other printers. If you are a parent the diapers alone are worth the membership price. It's truly a new experience with new find everytime you shop there.

Good ol Costco. Here's a secret, the Costco in Papillon is no where near as busy as this one. This is like any other Costco across the nation. You know what to expect from Costco. Long linesbthat move fairly quick on weekends and pretty good prices on bulk. With a family of 6, Costco is a must for us. My complaint won't be the lines or the crowds. It's the dang produce and recently the muffins. If you buy fruit here, it needs to be eaten within 2/3 days, otherwise in my experience, it almost always starts to mold or go bad. Without fail. The bulk big muffin packs have been the same recently. No joke, twice in a month. I bought a pack and the kids didn't eat them right away. Once it was less than 4 days before they broke into them. The other was the day after I bought them. Same thing. My kid (12) literally said "Dad, this doesn't taste right". Being the amazing parent that I am I replied with "Quit complaining and eat the muffin. It's a muffin that tastes like a muffin". This was followed by another bite and the kid spitting the bite in the trash and saying "Dad, I really can't eat this, it's gross". I annoyingly take a bite, spit it out myself and look closely. Yup. It's bad, there's mold. Now I scrape my tongue under the sink and my kid laughs and says "I told you so". Yeah. He did and yeah we both didn't think mold would be on them the day after we bought them. The return policy here is second to none. 4 1/2 stars. But I can't give half stars so it always rounds down.
