I changed to Centurylink. Did not like the service. I switched back to Cox for better service. I’m happy now. Only took me a few minutes to change everything over. The Customer Service is awesome too!

Got a phone there and they didn’t even tell me that phone is only 64 GB until I already bought and now I have to pay $50 to return or exchange it.

They are very nice when you are in store to upgrade, but very dismissive when you need support or have any other questions. Name should be changed into Cox Sales Store instead of "Solution".

Agent was very polite and turning my service off. No pressure tactics to keep me as a customer. And I even had a credit!

The worst internet company. They don't care about keeping current customers, we were paying over 150 for the top speed in our area with outages almost every single day. Literally for one of the must haves for when we moved was another internet company other than Cox. The company were with now is 70 a month for the same speed! It's insane how they treat current customers. Also when you do cancel, make sure you get your request number, they'll try saying you never requested to cancel.

If you enjoy speaking with someone with limited English speaking skills, you’ll love dealing with their customer service people. I thought I may have accidentally pressed two for Spanish, but I do have a limited Spanish background. It’s even more fun with their chat function. You will type in a question, and the auto response is “did you mean to ask ………?” I believe they do this so you just give up.

Cox is the biggest rip off and unorganized crook of shhh. There is do not go to them they you the run around and extra charges what else do you need to know. Signal sucks also!
