Had a very unpleasant experience. 45 days & never could get a box that worked then what I ended my service they tried saying I owed them when in fact they owed me in which they haven’t taken care of despite saying they would. Funny how they want you to pay on time but it’s different when they have your money. Good luck with any service you try with them. I know my situation is not the norm but it was never properly corrected & that was a customer service error on their part that should not have occured.

Much better you've obviously replaced the whole staff at this cox store way to go1 You guys have sent me the wrong modem to work with my internet plan. So I took it back into this store. And the young lady, that was very helpful. Now, I'm having a problem with my cell phone only charging to 32%. I'm planning on visiting the c*** store again condensed now if it can help me. Keep this five star raiting, we will see

Chris sales man lied about futures that would be added to the TV Cozort just to seal me and get vomiting and when I called about the things he promised wasn’t included he gave the phone to Parker T another seals man try to pretend like a manger and he cursed me out and hung up !!! Very poor customer service experience but the Internet is amazing in the online. Customer service is actually better than the United States and our wonderful just did not buy from Chris or Parker!! Or NFM cox location they are very terrible !! Thank you cox online customer service for straightening out my issue!!

Nice small store. They had my modem in stock. The girl who helped me told me of their cell service but wasn’t pushy. She was very helpful and sweet. The store was modern and kept up very well. Well lit and visible.

Don't waste your time going to cox store @ the mart ,go to the in Walmart on 72nd and giles, you'll get better service there!

So I made a stop by to Cox office inside furniture mart and the representative Arya did great job with setting up my new acount in a timely manner and provided the best customer service as well. High recommended this place y’all

The people at the store at super nice never had a issue with any of them the 2-3 years I had there service. Major Con: They wanna charge people 140-170$ a month for fiber internet when you can get the same service for HALF threw another company in Omaha with a fixed price and have the same internet speeds if not better. So before anyone decide to go with Cox just know after the first year is up your price is going to absolutely skyrocket. Edit: I'm a contractor in town and Cox came into a space that I had finished to install phone lines and left a huge mess behind them didn't clean up. Cox cable you guys are so bad at your job.

Nate, the technician, courtesy-called in advance to be approved to arrive early for the scheduled appointment. He came out, at the end of a long day, reset up the internet cables so that our wireless internet was working again.He had a good attitude and finished, in very little time, at no cost to us. I'd refer him to everyone who needs internet set-up/reset. Thanks Nate, Thanks Cox!

The employee's for cox at the NFM store are way easier to work with and nicer then the dodge street store......they don't play their little sales games here...thank you being real.
