I was charged $30 because my credit card was expired. I updated the expiration date and paid the bill well before the due date. That is absolutely ridiculous and should be (if it isn't) outright illegal.

Worst ever place to handle any business. Went to pay a bill and 20 minutes later. What does it take to spend your money ? You would think they want to take money for a bill but guess not. Manager walks out of her office like she was going to do some butt chewing and just fails at it miserably. For real this was Ludacris to pay my bill for horrible cable and internet service anyways

My cable is not working several times in couple of months, every time I call and they never answer the phone. I had to stop by the store and they said they don’t know why not working.

Stopped by the store to pay my bill and lower my internet mbps due to another price increase. The wait time and customer service was just as bad as calling. 40 minute wait another 15 to pay bill and adjust internet. Will see in another month. Then I'll probably cancel all services from your greedy company.

We went in there to pick up a new router for a new place and Gage was so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend based off that interaction.

I went into the store and Mike was so helpful.I had so much trouble over the phone setting up my cox router. I got helped right away and he explained what the representatives on the phone had messed up and he fixed it swiftly and he was very kind. good service I was greeted by other staff members and everyone was helpful. way easier than dealing with the call center. very appreciative of my service today.

Due a mistake made by the staff at this location, we spent 2 hours on both the phone and e-chat last night trying to solve an issue. We were transferred to 8 different Cox Reps before finally getting a resolution. We are BEYOND irritated.We are moving on Friday (7/7). We tried to change our address online, but were told we had to do it in store because the new apartment requires "Fiber" and we needed their new modem.At the store they had to pull in 4 different people to take care of the change - we weren't being told what was happening or why they kept pulling in more people - but we told EVERY person that we need to be 100% sure they don't disconnect our current internet and turn on the new address until Friday (7th) because we both work remotely and have to work Thurs.Well - we get home and what do you know - no internet. After 2 hours on the phone we were FINALLY told that it was because the sales team disconnected our current modem and turned on the new one at the new address. But tech services kept saying they couldn't do anything because it "had to go through Sales" and the Sales dept was closed.Luckily there was a Sales Rep available via Chat so we were able to get our modem back - but again, this took 2 hours of phone and e-chat and 8 people to achieve.We were also told our new bill would be $99, but now we're being told $135+. When we asked the Rep at the store to provide reason he said we would have to look at the breakdown of our bill, when we receive it. WHAT?! I want to know why this is going to be so high.

we have all the statements and record of when we cancelled their extra fee for service that they tag onto an already more expensive for the same package price. and as soon as the extra service fee was removed, suddenly the wifi stopped working reliably as it had for months on end with no hiccup. unless their infrastructure suddenly took a hit as a result of losing $10 a month its just a fee they’ll charge you as ransom basically

Despite the abhorrent customer service, deceitful business practices, and numerous issues related to this company - I am impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the representatives working in the store. I've always been treated with the utmost respect when I walk into a store, and that's almost admirable.I'd give a five star review, but only offer four, because fraud is just theft with a smile.

We went, to have our equipment replaced, and they, not only, directed us to a representative, right away; but, assessed the problem and replaced our equipment, within minutes. Thanks, Cox. We recommend you to everyone. Happy holidays.
