Don't order anything online, I ordered a phone and they put my address wrong, now it's stopped and I can't pick it up because it has restrictions and I call and they say they can't do anything or cancel it or return my money

The employees are trained to scam you. When you buy a phone they sign you up for insurance without you knowing. I've purchased 2 phones and both times they added insurance when I told them I didn't want it. Do not buy anything from this location. I contacted cricket and they are "looking into it." I also know another person that had the same experience at this location, so they are doing it to seemingly everyone.

The worst location I’ve had to deal with. They ignore their phone calls and close their store before the posted hours. The ladies at the desk pretended to be busy when all we needed was to pick up a SIM card. Didn’t even need their assistance other than getting rung up.

I had a really bad experience at this store. The employees here doesn't know how to provide good service and care less about getting new customers. The girl who helped me today is extremely rude. I do not recommend this place.

I took my phone in to get look at of why the phone wasn't turning on and told to get my phone fixed at MJ's that wasn't open and the guy at the counter said it was on 7%, to find out nothing was wrong with it after taking it to the Cricket store off Saddlecreek saying the same thing to take it somewhere since having to need the tools to open up the back and to go to Mega Saver. The guy at Mega Saver put a charger on it and was at a full charge and nothing was wrong with it. Both need to hook up people's phones to new chargers. All that running around for nothing.

I had the worst experience today, at the 24th and vinton location. Both girls were very rude. Alexandra gave me her name, but the other employee refused to give her name. We bought a phone on 9/26. We tried to return and exchange it, but they said they only warranty was for 7 days. So we lost 90.00 plus we had paid for the month services. We went down the street to T-mobile and the service was excellent!! SO AVOID THAT CRICKET WHO STILLS FROM THE POOR.
