I strongly suggest renting elsewhere the gate was broke for weeks just open all night, they have all sorts of hidden fees I had an additional 80 placed on my bill for a late fee and it wasn’t even a month late! Save your time and money bc this was just not a good idea to use them at all.

After having a no so great apartment mishap I rented a unit from Stoarge Mart about 20 minutes before I arrived there. Zak was super helpful and sweet and so was the customer service rep I spoke with Robin. Thank you both for making this experience fast and painless.

I don't know what Storagemart is doing. A customer looks at the amount of space and how much it cost. As a customer, you decide to choose the one you can afford. A less space for a less price. Within weeks or a month of renting the space, Storagemart just increases your monthly rental. Yes, Storagemart has the advantage that it's difficult for a customer to just up and move when you didn't plan to. But at some point, the customer comes to the conclusion that paying storage is not worth it. I went along with this when they only did it one or twice a year. But now multiple times over a couple of months. It appears their business plan is to fleece the customers that they do have. Their business practice is becoming like a pawn shop. While something you value is in their possession they raise the price for service. And the question for us is would we get a loan from a pawn shop. BEWARE

Very pricy for a small unit and you cant access the unit past 10pm, but the people that work in the office are amazing.
