My husband swiped his card at the pump at the Shelby location on Monday around 2PM and then cancelled the transaction as he had to go inside anyway to pay. Today, almost 48 hours later, there is still a pending charge for $176 on our account. Other stations refund the hold almost immediately after cancelling or finishing the transaction. I don't know how a legitimate business can just hold money hostage for a (once again) cancelled transaction. DON'T PAY AT THE PUMP AT ANY LOCATION.
Other than their broken POS, the Shelby location is usually clean with fresh food and the employees are friendly. I would give the location alone 5 stars, but the company all together gets a 1.

I had a great experience with a clerk named Teghan (I hope I spelled her name right) she helped us get chicken for our picnic, really kind girl! She answered all our questions ❤️

Dawn the assistant manager was extremely welcoming to all customers as I was eating, said she appreciated everyone. I've never experienced such amazing service when coming to a gas station. Very attentive, very well oriented in her services. Really makes you feel welcomed and wanting to come back. 10/10.

Manager had a nasty disposition because I asked him could he put on glove while getting chicken. Food was terrible and the customer service was as well, won't ever worry about me coming back.

My Husband Mr Albert Lucero aka Berto Fuentes, was starting to enter our Store where I work around the Corner from my Apt and go in the bathroom and go in the stall by himself waiting for the bathroom to remain empty. And express his Emotional Anger. A Customer complained that he was Meditating/Praying out loud. I feel that our Religious Freedom is being threatened, and now the employees are being forced to read the Employee Handbook while on the Clock. There has been other customers that have complained about Informing Employees of the news where my Apt is. My Employer Vicki is Blowing this Handbook of Policy out of Proportion. My Husband Mr Lucero is Physically Impaired and is Currently pursuing his Settlement from SSA. Ms Vicki hasn't made any offer to give me a better Salary. And not allow either her Employees or Customers Complain about my Husband having to Meditate/Pray in the Bathroom. My Employer and Landlord that currently Owns half of Fremont and refuses to Evict my Downstairs Neighbor Ms Cassandra Swain from her Apt. Then there must be another way and Place to Hire Me with Higher Paying Salary with Tuition Waived. I must have a Higher Salary. He is very Co Dependent and is being forced to Financially rely on me. Yet he is above me 2 levels of Education due to my Past and what his deceased Mother has been through before he lost her unexpectedly Aug 28 08.

Trashy shelves are not ever stocked gas pumps never work food is always old go down the street to shell they will actually be at the counter waiting to help you not sure what happened this this location used to be great now u can’t get them to Evan stand up to ring you up they don’t deserve one star

Is it normal procedure that the cashier sits outside the store in a car with her dude, watches you walk into the store ans you still have to wait to purchase something? Just seems a Lil weird.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I’m glad I was just passing through and this isn’t a place I’m forced to frequent. The employees and management ought to be ashamed. Take some pride in your place of employment. It makes me wonder what their homes look like.

Newly added Godfather's Pizza Express. Cashier was not very friendly or engaged. She was too occupied talking to the other counter attendant than helping the customers.

Went there because I heard the Chester's chicken is good.It was actually delicious!! It was fresh & crispy.The team members were all so nice. The manager was great & so hospitable so they have a good example.Cubby's Convenience store is in a good spot. It is a nice place to stop when heading out of town for gas, ice, drinks & snacks.
