The credit card machine automatically charged me $5 for a donation that I did not authorize the people that work there said that their district manager won't let them give refunds away. So I have to wait a whole day to come talk to somebody who's authorized to give a refund for something that I did not authorize, so be very careful when you go to this location, their credit card machine automatically takes $5 donation out of your credit card.

Friendly service A bit small on the portions when you order side ie: mashed potatos, chopped string beans, but delicious bisciuts and fried chicken tenders. I definitely would eat here again.

These places are tough to keep clean and nice. The cashier was so kind and everything was well stocked. There was a person digging coffee out of the garbage but if you look past that - I mean 🤷♀️

Trash. While waiting to pay for my gas & a soda, I could see the woman who was dipping something in batter to fry for the deli counter Sneeze without turning her head or sneezing in her arm. She sneezed all over the giant bag she was dipping in. Granted, it’s about to be fried but seriously? Eeeuww
I told the cashier what the woman whom she just said Bless You to did and she seemed kind of grossed by it as well.
Then I go to my car, put in $20 of premium (which isn’t much but got me to Costco where I prefer to buy gas). I am still confused how after pumping gas & turning my engine back on I somehow had no movement of the gas needle and 3 fewer miles to go on my tank. Between downtown and 132nd my low fuel light came on!
Never again lol

Cubbies is one of my favorite grocery spots. Little expensive but the quality is also better than average

May 2, 2025, Downtown, Omaha, NE. Surprised to see the store has Casino Slot Machines on one side and a small food market on the other side. The people working there look like they are half asleep and look like they do not want to be there working. How can a town so prosperous not put in a Drug Store like CVS or a decent Food Mart. Even Manhattan, NY has a CVS and lots of Food Marts on every other corner. This was the only place in town to get groceries items. All and all, if you need something quick you really don't have a choice then to come here.

They know how to take advantage of convenience and the downtown area. Most gas station prices are usually higher than grocery stores, which is ok. This place, however, is skyrocketing as if they're the Nordstrom of gas stations. But even so, most of their merchandise is very mediocre brands to be selling at that price point. The gas price is also a crazy nut.
Employees are not very nice and friendly. I don't need you to smile but I also don't want you to constantly stare at me like you want to fight either. I felt like they hired a bunch of tweaker felon trailer trash to work here or something
Cleanliness does not even exist. This store looks gloomy, dark, and shady as hell.
