I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff member was more focused on getting to lunch than helping me, even though assisting me would not have impacted his lunch break. Instead of taking a few extra moments to help me get a better price on my prescription, I was rushed and dismissed. Being from out of the area I ended up having to pay a higher price due to time constraints Customers deserve to be treated with respect and care, not as an interruption.

My experience has been average for the past two years. I go in get my Rx that's ready and leave. But recently...
I chose to start the process of getting my Rx delivered since I live several miles away. I set up delivery by phone and was told the delivery would begin in the next day or two. I then received a call back from the pharmacy and by policy could not use my HSA card which was on file to charge for the delivery fees. After some convincing, I have them another card to be used to pay for the Rx and delivery fee. When I got off the phone they had made me confident that again my deliveries would begin in day or two. Fast forward to several days later and I had not received any of my RX's in the mail. But per another call to 800 shop CVS for a non related issue my wife discovered that my Rxs were still waiting to be picked up at the local store. They had done nothing to communicate any subsequent problems doing the delivery.
I found out through insurance that I should set up my Rx delivery via mail order through CVS Caremark. That process was very easy and the phone customer assistant was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend using CVS Caremark instead of the store delivery options. That was a HUGE fail!

I hope Charles finds the love for his job again so he doesn't have to take his problems out on people just trying to care for their loved ones. We love a short king but he has small dog syndrome. I hope he gets help.

My experiences with Charles were similar to other posts. He told me he didn’t like problem customers and he was transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. When I wouldn’t tell him which pharmacy to transferred them, he told me they would be transferred to the closest CVS.

Terrible service. Pharmacists/manager, Charles was so extremely unprofessional and absolutely seemed to just be going through the motions. Having many other pharmacy options in town, I will absolutely not be using this cvs again.

This place is so disorganized! They barely ever answer the phone! Says to leave a message and will get back to you in a hour. Was told by Charles a day staff is different than any other day staff. That don’t know anything that other days does. Steph was really rude with Charles. So if you need a medication and the earlier staff doesn’t do their jobs. Then out of luck will Monday if it’s a Friday prescription. This place went way down hill when the old staff left. I can see why they did. Oh and when they do fill a prescription, they take awhile to find them. Because they have them loaded up into shopping carts. Very unprofessional! Zero stars.

Gave me the wrong dosage of a controlled substance. Realized it the next morning when I went to open up the new bottle of medication. I called to let them know and had to drive back to the store to get it corrected.
Thank god I realized before taking it.

Terribly rude worker, with a jarring lack of manners. One specific lady was extremely unprofessional and I have had a series of negative interaction with her. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions.

They are the best. They are so helpful and caring about you. And really take care of you with questions or any issues. They are so nice and kind. Love them.
