Literally worst experience ever and will be switching. Staff failed to inform me that my sons inhaler is on back order for months and kept saying “it’ll be here tomorrow” and then continued to fail and tell me that my doc called in a different one which is also on back order. Spent hours trying to call and find another store with no help. They tried to tell me that they told me this and I think I would remember if my son would he without his inhaler for months.

I love CVS pharmacy within Target. I always have a positive experience. The pharmacy manager and staff are always very helpful and friendly. I never want to go anywhere else!

CVS-TARGET team up is a bad thing for customers. Keep in mind, it is all the same great employees, so it's clear where the problem is (with CVS). Our scripts are no longer filled on time thanks too the way CVS manages their scripts. A member of my household has gone WITHOUT their medicine more than once since the switch. Twice they've been out of stock on medicine Target was never out of before. We have auto refills, yet when we show up to get our refill, only once was it actually ready for us--and this is after THEY notify US via text that it's ready. The employees no longer have a way of telling if you have more than one script to refill (and no ability to refill it when you tell them) which means we've made trips to the pharmacy several days IN A ROW. The pharmacy will no longer call your doc's office when a script is about to expire as they did when Target managed the place. They won't even notify you so that you can call. Also, the rewards program is now for CVS only...no more getting a coupon you use for groceries at Target, now you have time drive across town to a drug store to use the coupon so that you can more fully experience bad customer service. The awesome pharmacy workers have apologized profusely for CVS, as they should. Target should dump CVS and go back together their old system where we never experienced these problems.
