When I come in to get a money order from Dustin, he tells me the money order machine is broken. Each time I come in, he tells me a different length of time the machine has been down. Today it's been 'broke' for a year. Last week I came in for a money order and the gal that helped me was very pleasant and I spent very little time waiting for said money order.

I went to this pharmacy after getting a prescription sent in. The urgent care sent the prescription to the wrong CVS, but the pharmacist here knew exactly what to do. She could have told me to go to the other CVS in the morning to get my medicine, but instead she gave me what I needed without any hesitation. Amazing customer service!

I needed to pick up a few items, including a card, and the CVS off of 132nd was conveniently located vs. the Walgreens across the intersection. Signs posted on the ceiling made it easy to find the correct aisle for the greeting cards. I liked the number of choices to select from. As I headed towards the cashier, I noticed some sale items for K cups and Monster drinks. I decided to pick these items up as well. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a good visit to this CVS Pharmacy location.

Friendly, efficient staff! Switched to CVS after years of being a Walgreens customer. The Walgreens across the street from this particular CVS has the rudest, incompetent staff I've ever witnessed.

Stopped in to CVS for a vaccine as I'm tired of Walgreens. CVS on first impression seems cleaner, brighter and more open than Walgreens. The staff was friendly. It was easy to schedule online and I was in an out. I also was able to drop off some old meds. Overall things are looking good for me to work with CVS going forward.

If you enjoy being ignored by pharmacy staffers (as the only person in line) or prefer a pharmacist who complains about her employer while making you feel guilty for requesting a prescription refill, this is your kind of place!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. They have no idea what they are doing. The camera they use is ancient and the photo is super blurry. And they print it on plain paper that looks worse than what you would get from a home printer. From the 90s. The post office passport center rejected the photos I got here and re-took them in MUCH higher quality for less money. Total rip-off and they should not offer this service at all.

Do not go here. Go to the Walgreens across the street. They have better selections, it looks much nicer/newer, it's not as gross, and the pharmacists don't ignore you for 15 minutes while they chatter. There is zero reason to go to this CVS over the Walgreens 15 feet away.

My grandson crashed and burned across the street from this CVS PHARMACY. Tracy, the pharmacist, jumped right in to our "emergency" situation. She picked out the pain relievers, antibiotic cream and bandaids. Tracy was our hero of the day and we could continue on our way to the SAC Museum! Thank you Tracy, and CVS!

I was there twice, I don't like the service at all. I was going to send money through west union which was the worst service I have ever had before. She just showed me the way to the telephone which has at least a inch dust on it and looks old. And the lady was there is not helpful at all. Everything I asked she answer me "I don't know" first. Then I went to the next door wallsgreen , the people are very nice and the place is clean. They helped me all the way through the west union. And I will never go back to cvs if I can get the service in wallsgreen.

Over priced. Sometimes I go in to check the makeup and one can tell that it has been sitting there for some time by the dust on the packaging and the seperation of the ingredients. I used to live on the East coast and the CVSs were always packed. Here in Omaha they always seem to be empty.

CVS KNOWS THEIR STUFF! I don't even bother with Walgreens anymore because after multiple chances they are always UNDSERSTAFFED, employees are RUDE, and they could give a crap less about you! CVS is JUST THE OPPOSITE! I went here when I had a very severe allergic reaction to sulfa based drugs, I already had a full rash, and was so lethargic I wanted to go to bed for days! I went to Hy-Vee Originally looking for Benadryl in tablet format and also Aveeno lotion, and oatmeal bath powder--at Hy-Vee I got starred at by some perplexed 16 year old girl-- that I actually needed help finding something. After I told her to forget it, I went to CVS, the man at the counter knew exactly what I needed and where to find it right away! The allergic reaction was pretty severe, CVS IS AWESOME EVERY TIME!
