Just don't go here. They have no concentration on customer service, and don't care to. They will not tell you things over the phone when you are trying to get your perscriptions figured out (One out of many things, they could have told me they don't accept debit cards till 9:30am and make me come back). They don't understand how health savings accounts work, and really don't care. I am very proactive with my medications but they have a terrible system. They will make you wait till THEY are ready, even if you order it days in advance. Just don't go here, they will raise your blood pressure. They could care less about your health. Oh, they need to teach Theo customer service because he either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care.

I scheduled a vaccination online and had to wait 50 minutes to be vaccinated. I had arrived at my appointed time, contacted the clerk and waited by the counter. I noticed that several people arrived without appointments and were serviced before me. Perhaps I should have not used the online application. In that, when I pressed the "I am here at the store" button, it refused to do anything. Refreshing the page did not help. I suspect that this bug may have been responsible for their inattention.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service and care I've received from this CVS location. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was clear that they prioritize their customers' well-being above all else.The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and attentive. This 5 star review is going to a young man named Ben. He works at the Dodge Street location. He’s hurtcalled CVS to inquire the availability of an item I wanted to purchase. I’d already Traveled to two other CVS locations prior to this one in search of the same product. Both locations had stated on their website that pickup today was an option. However, that wasn’t the case. I hate nothing more than wasting my precious time and gas. Not only did he locate the item in question….. He told me he would hold it for me at the checkout. That’s STELLAR customer service!! CVS is lucky to have you Ben!!! Stay FABULOUS!

No consistency of hours or inventory. Everything is overpriced. I don't care how close it I refuse to shop there ever again.Look at the other reviews. This location should be closed or the whole staff replaced.

spent a little over an hour waiting for them to fill my mothers prescription. Went through the drive thru and decided to come in after I was told the system canceled the prepaid order. Mazzie failed to update me on what was going on. She failed at giving me all of my options to resolve the matter. She didnt offer to see if there was a method of payment in file and redo the order. I sat/walked around for an hour and left with nothing. After speaking to their manager Patricia I learned her staff stopped working on the order. Will be reporting this location to corporate. Interested in knowing why all the other customer for were waiting were taken care of and my mother wasnt. Why did they choose to stop working on her order even after she called and placed another order online? Why didnt they charge her method of payment on file? Why did they make things harder than what it needed to be? Why was good customer service NOT extended to ALL CUSTOMERS?

This place is fine and great and the folks who work here are very helpful and friendly. A warning to not print photos here, the machine is in horrible condition and prints blurry low quality photos.

Always given incorrect time estimates for my refills and usually on hold on the phone for over half an hour. Find a different pharmacy.

Well had an appointment at cvs @ noon , I proceeded to come inside. When I entered the location there was no care clergy and didn't know that I had to sign in due to the changing of being outside the location to inside the location. Then waited for 30 mins before I was told that I wasn't in the system then waited another hour for them to help me setup another appointment for after 2so basically the employees here aren't on time and waited almost 2 hours to be helped not please with this location. Not direct with any directions or instructions to follow.
