overcharged when husband went to pick up. I was told over the phone the lower price. He paid $50+ dollars more than what I was told would be the price.
Bad

Horrible job on the purchased photo puzzle I had done. Was not even and clearly not a good completion and staff could easily have seen that.

Terrible customer service! I was ignored at the pharmacy counter by at least 6 people while they chatted and joked around . I’ll swear at least 2 of them saw me, my phone even rang several times while I was standing there. Do better CVS !!!

My husband and I went there yesterday to pick up his prescriptions. There was a hispanic girl that helped us, and she told us our prescriptions were filled at the pharmacy on 84th and Harrison. I just went to a new doctor and they filled it at the wrong 84th Street CVS. We proceeded to drive off and she closed the window and rolled her eyes at us. During Our small interaction with her. She was very monotone, she didn't greet us at the window, was very short worded.

I used to love shopping at CVS. Friendly reminder to store associates. Not every customer is the same, we are all human. Be polite to us all no matter our skin color. Other than that, the store is clean and neat. There is self check-out which makes in and out a breeze.
When you know, you just know. I felt like I was being profiled. It was two women, one maybe Asian/slim and the Caucasian/round. All I wanted to know was if I had CVS points on my account. I’ve already verified my phone number and email more than once. Then they ask to see my phone as if the info I related was untrue. But then they say sorry about THAT as I’m leaving, the vibe was way off because they continued to question me about my identity.

This is the closest CVS to me now, which isn't convenient.the options to leave the store leave no option but to wait for a break in constantly heavy traffic or go way out of the way to go the direction I need to go.im considering not going at all anymore!

The pharmacy staff is always amazing! I have a prescription that is particularly difficult to fill due to shortages and they almost always have it within a day or two when possible. The pharmacy technicians always have a positive and friendly attitude and try their best to help! For example, one of my prescriptions auto-filled to a different brand and I didn’t want to take that so they returned it and got my preferred brand within 10 minutes! I used to work as a pharmacy tech long ago and I hated it, people were always so rude to me, so for them to have a positive attitude always is saying something. Even when I’ve had to wait in long lines, I’ve had good experiences here! The only challenge is the turn from W Center during traffic haha

11/12/2023This store was OK. It was well laid out and clean. We didn't find what we were looking for, but I did manage to find some snacks that were reasonably priced. The cashier seemed disinterested.Three stars ? ? ?

They never schedule enough pharmacist to cover breaks. So they shut down the pharmacy for a half hour every day. Super inconvenient for customers hire more pharmacist and pay them more if you have to. It's ridiculous multi billion dollars company can't hire enough staff to cover breaks.

Don't bother calling, pharmacy can't be bothered to pick up the phones. Sat on hold for over an hour so they could pick up and hang up on me.

I’m honestly an in and out customer when it comes to places like pharmacies and gas stations well today, Thursday the 3rd of August I walked in with 2 intentions 1 was to break an $100 bill because the person who is towing my car to a auto body shop and they were going to be at my house in an hour , anyways the 2nd was to buy a Mountain Dew for my grandma. I was on the phone with my grandma because I was asking her what she and my cousin wanted. I, asked if they can break an $100 bill this older heavy set caucasian woman says she can’t because her registers just got pulled which I understand because I work at Arby’s on 84th which is up the street so I said to her that’s okay because I was planning on just venturing to Walgreens which is down the street. I went to the cooler to get the sprite my grandma asked for I walk back to the counter the lady ahead of me bought something had no problems I had a $100 bill and 4 $1 bills in my hand I set the drink down on the counter the same lady who told me about her register is telling me once again about the $100 bill except she had an attitude and I didn’t mention anything about me using the $100 so I remained calm and told her I have other money but she was still on her rant. She was talking about how I have my $100 and “a few” dollar bills out until she realized what I said then she proceeds to scan the sprite. She tells me knowing that I got the drink out the freezer that my drink is warm I told her in a calm voice that that’s fine my grandma just needs something to drink then tells me to have a nice day and honestly I feel like the only reason I got treated this way is because I’m a African American 270lb male with dreads because she had no problems with any other customers. I feel as if she was profiling me to because she could’ve done it but that’s here nor there I just didn’t like how I was being yelled at
